White House Black Market — Local services in South Windsor

I had gone into WHBM after ordering a skirt online and finding that it did not fit/appear as expected. I walked in, with the intent of returning the item and leaving. Having worked in retail for ~3+ years, I knew that because I was returning an item, I would likely be directed to current deals/sales that were going on, in hopes I would offset the return cost to store sales by purchasing something.

The sales associate, Lindsey, went well above and beyond my expectations, giving some of THE BEST customer service I have seen in a very long time.

She asked why I bought the skirt online, to which I admitted that I am starting a new job this week, and was trying to find clothes. She asked what size I was and smiled, saying "I have some ideas for you!" Lindsey hand-picked outfits for me from the sales rack. Not only were the outfits wonderful, but they were well within my price range.

Lindsey offered style advice and fashion tips that were invaluable to someone like myself - a young professional starting out. She offered clothing that was flattering and comfortable, functional yet professional. She listened to what I liked and disliked about certain outfits/pieces, and addressed those needs with patience and a smile.

I now feel that my wardrobe matches myself and who I want to be - a young aspiring, spunky professional. The clothing pieces are all high quality, and Lindsey's hand-picked fashion advice helped me explore styles that I wouldn't have considered otherwise. If you aren't happy with your wardrobe, but don't know how you could switch things up, this is definitely the place to go to.

Overall, this store has great quality products with some of the best customer service you can find. You won't be disappointed.

Had to get a new suit, and after trying other stores, I came here. Yet again, the service was outstanding, and I found a wonderful suit with little to no effort! If you’re looking for something dressy yet classy, classic but fresh, professional and comfortable, just go here.

I have a black tie wedding to go to but I usually shop at LL Bean, Carhartt, Duluth - I checked, they don't make formal dresses. A bit lost, I went to WHBM in south windsor. The sales associate was amazing. She recommended a few options, including a jumper I never would have chosen on my own. It fit perfectly, looked classy and alluring, but was still super comfortable. Yesterday I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding super last minute... Maria (I think that is her name, I am terrible at remembering names) was super helpful and patient with me. My body is not what it used to be and I am impossible to shop with but she took her time, pulled a lot of outfits out for me to try on.
