My first visit to this boutique in Pinehurst, North Carolina, was at the beginning of June on a visit to see friends. I visited on Friday and liked it so much. I went back on Saturday and Sunday! My friends and I felt welcomed and we had a wonderful time browsing the inventory and talking to Jason who handled the store over the weekend. I can’t rave enough about the southern hospitality, the quality of the inventory, and the overall excitement of shopping at the boutique. Between myself and my friends, we left with several handbags and wonderful pairs shoes. In fact, since I got home, I have actually done business with Jason via the web! My experience with Monkee's of the Pines has been really positive. Not only do they have cute clothes, shoes, etc, but shopping with them is just easy and efficient.

Veronica, the owner, does an AMAZING job showcasing their selection of items on social media. She's super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I bought a pair of shoes from them last week and they shipped it out immediately. I was also surprised/excited to see that Veronica took the time to write a little personal note and stick it in my package.

Amazing customer service!! We had a little bit of a situation with my husband purchasing a Christmas gift that we ended up wanting to return. The sale was final, which he also didn’t know but the sweet girls at the register called the owner and were allowed to give a refund anyways! This is what I call excellent customer service, especially around the holidays. I purchased a pair of heels and they are fabulous. Their selection of shoes, accessories and designer items is awesome!
