Bingham Center — Local services in Southfield Township

I work in the building. I love Hannah's sundry shop she is a great little gem on the 1st floor. Otherwise i think it is drap. Security has a both but isn't there during work hours so unless guests actually know where their going there isn't anyone to ask. The lobby has some seating but nothing special about it. On my floor tiles need to be replaced from leaks, lights are out and i am convinced the cooling and heating system in the building is always drunk and an alcoholic because it does not work properly and it is always freezing or boiling and no where in between. The cafeteria is decent the lemon rice soup is amazing! And now that the menu has been updated much better wish it was open til at least 4. 3pm seems too early to close. For being in Bingham Farms disappointing! Also the parking lot especially in the back is still terrible. The patch to "fix" the pot holes was placed still filled with water or on rainy days so i figure it will pop out or disintegrate shortly. Please rethink your solutions to find things that actually solve...

Was a tenant of the building for 25 years.. MOMA award over 10 years ago so it was great but maintenance has been lacking for some time. Loved the cafeteria and the sundry shop but lost its bank some time ago. Parking is plentiful around the back of the building (not in front though). Security is lacking and now that we moved out we are being nickeled and dimed...
