I visited this store on 8/19. We placed an online order for five entrees, two of which included chicken. After waiting 15min after the pick up time I was told they were out of chicken. I tried to ask what the options were. The manager was being rude to her staff the entire time. She then got upset with me because I questioned the upcharge to substitute hot chicken, because they were out of regular chicken. She refused to give me the "premium meat" as a no-charge substitute on two of my five entrees. The manager got loud with me and refused ton give me my order. I had to wait another 10 minutes for a confirmation of a refund. As she gave me my refund, she made sure to comp the entire meal of a family that had just come into the store. She apologized to them, but they had not been inconvenienced in any way. They had arrived while she was in the back and were serviced promptly as her staff worked better together while she was off the floor. While on the floor she constantly barked orders at them while they were serving customers. My order was $70 and she couldn't offer me a substitute on two items. Very bad service. The store was nasty with trash and food on the floor. The manager threw receipts on the floor as she worked the register. She was also unkempt, working with a shirt that had her backside exposed.    Read moreI love Qdoba I have to say this first because itâs not the company Iâm rating. The staff at this location in particular were nasty to me. I came in for lunch to a empty lobby and went to the ordering area for service. Now apparently if you donât go around to the line area they technically wonât serve you (At least thatâs what I was told during this experience). Anyway one of the crew tells me that Iâm at the wrong end of the counter to which I later understood that she meant I shouldâve went to the line area. Ignorant to this, I stood there in confusion because again no one was in the lobby to order besides myself. A manger or at least I think she was a manager asked âyou need some chips or somethingâ to which I reply, âNo Iâm actually looking to place an orderâ. I think she was having a bad day because she rudely says âwell your not in the right area so I didnât realize you wanted foodâ. My response was, âActually I was in the ordering area but your crew told me that I was in the wrong spot.â She then explained to me that the signs are there to direct customers to the order line and that if customers didnât go this way then they âtechnically wonât serve themâ.    Read moreRead the reviews of this location just to see if my experience was a one off but after reading many customer experiences of bad customer service, I would echo every single one. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. From the lack of greeting to the tone of voice from the staff members, everything was extremely rude. I asked for one simple request can I do half chicken and half steak. Iâve requested this at many other Qdoba locations and not once have I been told I couldnât do this until this location. I asked Why? And the answer I received very rudely â because we donât do that hereâ. The cherry on the top was when a customer entered through the side door of this location and the lady at the register proceeded to tell her colleagues not to take the gentlemanâs order because he didnât enter in through the front door. The side door has no signage stating to enter through the front door to place an order. If you are the owner of this establishment I would be very concern. If the staff refused to take that gentlemanâs order, I could only imagine how many others have been turned away because of which door they entered through. Seems very petty to me.
