Sometimes when I come into this restaurant, I receive some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Just because this is the most convenient place to eat in the building does not mean professionalism should be optional. The food is already inflated in price, and when I am spending more purely for accessibility, I expect quality service in return.
On several occasions, I have experienced and observed rude remarks toward customers, a lack of courtesy, and an overall attitude that makes guests feel like an inconvenience. That is unacceptable. Please do better. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the consistency of poor service here has reached a point that cannot be ignored.
