Kung Fu Tea Southfield — Restaurant in Southfield Township

Revising review from 1 - 3 stars, based on fast response on here from business owner. I will hold at 3* until I am able to revisit the location to reassess service and accuracy of order(s). To reiterate, the food was good.

This was our first time getting boba tea and seeing all 5 star reviews for this place got us excited. The boba tea eat good, but we also ordered food to go along with it, and here is where they lose stars. I'll start be saying that the chicken was good and all, but we were shorted on our order. When I picked it up I noticed 3 containers for four items, but the said two orders of fries were in the big container. We got home and opened things up. No way that two large orders of fries were represented in the box. We also did not receive ANY of the sauces from the order and they're was an up charge for the sauce. I went to call and complain, but the number on the receipt was out of state and there was no number for the location on their website. It's a bit to far a drive for $6 in fries and sauces, but we're frustrated. Not sure if i'd go here again, but if we do we'll be very sure to verify the whole order is in the bag...

Most refreshing bubble tea I've ever tasted! Bubble teas Ive had in the past have that syrupy taste. But not this place! Fresh tapicoa pearls, chewy and sweet. Flavoring is light, sweet, and prices are great! Price does increase with flavor options. The large is a great size and they don't floor the drink with ice either. So bang for buck. Plenty of parking and the location is a great size. Plenty of parking and photo ops inside. Yes they have bubble tea but also food including buckets of fried chicken! Will definitely be back! I paid about $15 with tip for 2 drinks (flavor increase) but...

Love this place! I had been craving a taro smoothie ever since moving from Chicago, but couldn't find anything in the area comparable to what I had there. I visited this place once a few months ago and I've been hooked ever since! I love that you can adjust the sweetness on the drinks as well. I like the concept of the app (I like to order ahead), but unfortunately you'll miss the local specials they have at this location - they can't all be ordered on the app. Looking forward to the...
