I'm the owner of wealth management firm and we've used Huntington exclusively for the the past 8 years. I know we are certainly not a large client of there's but it sure doesn't show! They are responsive to our needs, and most importantly, very proactive in advice and solutions that would benefit our business. Being in the 'advice' business I can appreciate that!
The tools they put in place prior to the Pandemic were 100% critical once Covid struck, remote work became the norm, and we had to rework out entire client service model.
We were able to securely and effectively transition to a remote work environment and discovered even better efficiency working together internally as a team and externally with out clients. We specifically like the Datto Workplace Integration they recommended and utilize it every day even now that we are back in the office.
