WYNN WOMEN'S CENTER — Local services in Southfield Township

This review is not about Dr. Wynn, but it pertains to the sloppy handling of my appointment by the office staff as a new patient. In late August 2020, I called Dr. Wynn's Detroit office requesting an appointment. After checking Dr. Wynn's schedule and discussing my preference of morning or afternoon time, I was given an appointment of September 21st at 3:30pm. I recorded this time in my appointment book while on the phone with the individual I spoke with and repeated the time for confirmation. On the above date (today), I arrived at the office at 3:20pm only to, initially, be told that my appointment was "last week." I informed the individual that was not correct...I was given a date of September 21st. She then said that my appointment was actually for 10:30am today (not 3:30pm) and that she could reschedule me. I informed her that this is very tacky and that I would find another doctor. My feeling is that if this is an example of how the outer office handles things, what kind of service would I...
