Starbucks — Restaurant in Southfield

this location is horrible and needs better staffing. I've been to this location a few times and the first time I went, something went wrong then this time I ordered a iced white mocha with cold foam and caramel drizzle. I received it hot. so I went inside and when I told the lady I wanted it Iced she kinda got loud and said " I made it hot because that's what the other girl told me, if you want it iced you have to say that" so I told her that I did ask for it iced because I've never get my white mochas hot.. So I know for a fact I said iced then she said " yeah I was wondering why it was whipped cream on a hot drink " . She remade it but Its the principle... I'm a customer and your suppose to have good customer service. Not to mention it was made messy. when I lifted the top off the whipped cream, started spilling on the sides of the cup. Then when I got the remake, that one also had whipped cream spilling out. Another lady was also picking up a coffee at the same time and it was suppose to have whipped cream and when the girl told the employee that, the employee grabbed the drink off the counter with an attitude, then gave it back but didn't say have a good day or I'm sorry about that... Me and her both agreed we wont be...

Honestly going downhill at this location this is the second or third time I've ordered the same drink that I get every single time and I just paid $8 roughly for a grande latte instead of a grande chai latte there is no chai flavoring whatsoever in here.

This just in!!! I changed my drink to just a double espresso, I said screw this place they cannot make a drink right whatsoever so I began making them at home. Lone be hold I ordered my double espresso and get home to feel the drink in my hand and it weighs nothing so I measured the espresso!!! Would you believe they even screwed a double espresso up. I received one ounce. So, I called and asked how many ounces in 1 shot they said 1oz. Well then where is my other ounce? This is a joke for real, shame on me for thinking the moronic staff could fulfill the simplest drink on the menu!! By the way Starbucks no I'm not driving all the way back to have it remade. I'm done with y'all. Just ordered an espresso maker. No more of my money will go to you. It's sad how many companies could careless these days about...

This Starbucks is one of the worst in the area, I will go to the one inside of Target across the street, or there are a few other places in the area to hit up and avoid this poor example of a Starbucks. The regional manager must never visit or care about this location. Usually dirty or messy, rarely looking presentable the napkin station is usually gross. The people making drinks have no organization and put little effort into calling out names, or making sure the right people are getting the right drinks. It they are busy it's like the works come to a standstill. My wife and I went through the drive through the last we were there and they gave us expired yogurt. The staff here does not take any pride in their job or the establishment in general. Just fire everyone and start over, or maybe even sell the franchise location to someone who cares. Do yourself a huge favor and go...
