Ugh. Where do I start. today. I asked about my credit. The new manager didn't even want to talk to me as it was almost 930. Not wanting to argue, an employee said if i download the app, i can do buy one burger get one free. But when i went to put the order in on my phone, at 902pm, it said the time was too close to closing. It didnt allow me to use the buy 1 get 1 fre3 double smash burger. Anyways I paid full price for them. AGAIN they messed up. I ordered bacon double smash burgers. Both NO TOMATO, EXTRA LETTUCE. 1 with purple onion and the other with grilled purple onion. What I got was incorrect. Both had tomato, mind you we have an allergy to something in raw tomatoes so they both went into the trash. I will be calling in the morning and I will NOT EVER order from this smash burger. The worst part is,. I live about 5 minutes from this place. I immediately went home, amd the damn Fries. Onion strings and tater tots were literally cold. They had fries and stuff up first and that light that's supposed to keep the food hot, nahhhh. Almost $42.00 only to be even more upset than when they gave me a wrong order 2 months ago. OH the worst part is, they didnt put mayo on either burger tonight. Oh and since when did they get so stingy with the tater tots. Literally 14 tater tots for 4.00???
I had a problem 2 months ago, a $70 order was mixed up with a bag of acouple orders of fries. I ordered 5 burgers. Acouple sides. They gave my 2 chicken sandwiches. I called immediately and was told they'd write my name and number down. So when I went in today, to use my credit, I was told the manager I had spoken to no longer works there. The new manager or supervisor with the long dreads wouldn't even look in the office, or the pad they write credits on. He said he threw out all the credit book when he started, he was new. I explained i had my receipt. He was very dismissive and He called his manager and I was told to call tomorrow and speak to the store manager. As a business owner myself, I hate leaving a bad review. I didnt even write a review about my experience 2 months ago. Meh. Lost over $110 cuz they messed up the order 2 months ago. And also tonight.
The three girls working up front were super sweet. That's the only reason I put 2 stars. I'd like a refund for my messed up order from last night and your company can keep the refund or credit for the incorrect order.
LAST. BUT NOT LEAST, Your manager has to have a servsafe manager certificate. It's required.... but noone was wearing hair nets, people's hair was down and the manager/supervisors hair was all over the place. Also, while handing food, you should have gloves on. You cross contaminated the entire pickle and other sides and sauces after handling the meat for our double burgers, wings and chicken for sandwiches possibly,?
L I will be going tomorrow for a full refund and I'll be giving them their raw, salmonella mad cow disease, cross contaminatied fies, tots and these nasty o ion straws that were all muushed together before frying, and its just a blob of over cooked onion straws. Their classic burger is my go to and whats a burger without fries! I usually end up going with a side of smash fries that are so good you can skip the ketchup along with a Oreo shake that’s hand-spun right infront of me. If I peak right behind the register I could even see my burger being smashed fresh on grill and my fries being dropped right after I order! The employees at Smash Burger are very attentive and I can tell they really care about the quality of food they are serving. Smash Burger doesn’t have a drive thru but if you’re in a rush you can order online or call in and pick your food up without a wait. Usually if I'm not taking my food to go I never have a problem finding a clean table and on nice days I can even sit on their patio where they bring the food right to my table. I have never had a bad experience at Smash Burger even when the restaurant has a full house of customers. The place was spotless and well-organized, thanks to the managers Darrell and Loreal, and the worker, Zack, who made sure to keep all the tables nice and clean after people left. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ensured everything was perfect within the restaurant. We even saw Darrell doing an inventory to ensure everything was well stocked, which is an excellent thing for the manager to do during the day! The food was terrific, too. We ordered the double truffle mushroom burger, smash fries, and smash tots, and they were all delicious, especially the fries, which we think are the best fries around!
