Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Southington

I hatgive a bad review.... But I have been a loyal customer of Noodles for the past 13 years ever since a location opened up near my college in Indiana. Over the past few months, I have ordered the Pad Thai 27 times on UberEats (I am not exaggerating, I counted). Because it is absolutely delicious and a much better quality than actual Thai Places.

However.... On my 28th order.... I got a an old, nasty set of noodles. It was overcooked - it looked like then you overcook pasta. Not just that, some parts were dry and hard because the sauce had dried in some areas. It tasted funny. All I know is, I got food poisoning and I was sick starting about 24 hours after. Stomach problems and cold sweats, etc. I don't know if I can go back 😭

Additionally, my order arrived waaaaaaay too early. Under 20 minutes? It's a 14 minute drive from this location to my house. I don't want me order quick - I want my order to be good. If it's going to take more time to make my food fresh, I would rather wait longer for a good order, than to get something old and nasty. I couldn't...

Most of the time, the food is decent. This evening though, the pot stickers were served cold, and two for two, the chicken in my salad was cold and undercooked. The second salad they brought over must have had the same batch for boneless skinless chicken breast, because yet again, the chicken was undercooked. It's sad you pay for food, and they can't even serve you cooked nor warm food, even after you let them know. Not even a sorry for the neglect of cooking our food properly, a's md there was only one other table that had people sitting there. Last time, the soda from the soda machine had tasted weird. We were told the cartridge needed to be changed, the owner knew, but they didnt have the replacement cartridge. Well then don't sell the soda. Note the machine is out of order. The girl at the register couldn't offer not refund us for nasty soda th as t we had to throw away. Last time...

We drive from Waterbury and even tho is not a very long commute it’s still a drive ... We came today and ordered the usual dishes Alfredo MontAmore and the Chicken Veracruz salad and chicken noodle soup... when our order came out it didn’t look or tasted as usual plus they missed an order ... i guess they where having a rough day today so I went to Shay which I guess was the manager in charge... and she quickly took back our order had it remade and even gave us a refund !!! Which we didn’t ask for or expected but we greatly appreciate the consideration... everyone could have a bad day but the way the issue was rectified shows great customer service... you could never go wrong with noodles and company.... thank you very much will come again as usual and refer my friends as always they all know about this spot...
