I ordered my food on line to be picked up at 5 pm. I arrived at 5:10 due to traffic but went in the pick up food. The manager grabbed a different bag, hands it to me and says "a lot of nuggets". I didn't order nuggets. He proceeded to try to push the order at me and said there was nothing else. I showed him my phone of what I ordered and he said "someone picked it up, you go!" I went back and forth with him stating nobody in my family picked up my order. He looked at me and said "oh this is my problem?" I have never screamed at an employee, but I did. How rude. He wasn't going to give me my order. I asked for my money back and he wasn't going to do that either. The other workers convinced him to fill my order. I explained to him when I pulled in there was a car that pulled up, a man jumped out, ran inside and came out with food and sped off. The manager wanted to go outside and find the car instead of satisfying me. While filling my order he kept looking at me saying how he was out 56 dollars now. I said I don't care. Give me my order. Read moreI set a pick up order at 1pm at the 866 Queen St Southington CT location today. When I arrived to pick up, the lady told me it has been completed. I told her I just arrived and I’m picking it up. She confirmed my name and said someone already picked it up. It was a lot of back and forth and I think I also was talking to the manager but I didnt get his name. He sounded so accusatory and said that it’s a $40 meal and that it has been completed for pick up. I said I know and I paid for that in advance but I just got here to pick up from work. He eventually prepared my order and gave it to me and asked if I had a relative that picked it up maybe, I said no, and why are you getting mad at me as his tone was not very nice and he kept repeating “It’s a $40 order.” I was very patient through all this. That was not good customer service at all. You guys should check IDs to make sure you’re giving it to the right customer then and not accuse someone of stealing food from you. Read moreI went there yesterday with my mother and I ordered one of the famous bowls with a few biscuits. This is what I get whenever I go to KFC at any other location. However, it was my first time trying this location. No complaints about how my meal was prepared or how it tasted, but when I got home a few hours later I was left throwing up all night long. There was no other reason why I would have been throwing up since it was the most recent thing I had eaten and I have no other health issues. Leads me to believe what they sold me was not very fresh. My mother got something different than I did but she did say her stomach felt upset, thankfully she did not throw up though. Would have much rather waited for a fresh batch rather than get sick.
