DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have brought all of my dogs here for many years and they have always been very good to us and our dogs. This past time I brought my dog here they shaved my dog when it was absolutely unwarranted. Keep in mind I have a King Charles’s Cavalier and they are not the kind of dog you shave especially their ears. When my mom went and picked up my dog she was absolutely in shock and didn’t know what to say. When something was brought up to the girl at the front desk she said that my mom would have to speak to the owner. Once my mom sent me pictures of my dog I was absolutely mortified and immediately called the shop. Upon calling, the women at the front desk named Adriana told me “that’s not my problem I wasn’t there when your dog got picked up” (even though she was) and proceeded to tell me that I would need to speak to the owner, to which I called her personal cell 2 times leaving a voicemail and nothing back. I then called the shop back and spoke with the owner Hope, where she then proceeded to tell me multiple times that my mom said it was okay to shave the dog when we have NEVER shaved our dogs nor would my mom ever tell them too. She then proceeded to tell me I was “insulting” her when she was really the one coming at me. She had told me “it’s not like I can put the hair back on your dog” which is very rude and I told her how scared and embarrassed my dog was and she told me “no she’s not she’s fine” while my dog was whining and crying on the couch. Not only is she embarrassed she won’t let any of us touch her now and runs away from us when we try to pet her. My dog has NEVER acted like this ever before. when asked for a solution like refunding some of the money Hope told me that there is no solution and that the conversation “wasn’t going anywhere” and then told me to take my business elsewhere. I paid $90 for them to shave my dog when it was NEVER asked for and they won’t even refund me some of my money. This is absolutely unacceptable and as a business owner myself I would NEVER speak to my clients that way nor would I ever just do something that has never been done before without...

Prices go up every visit for me so far. First visit full cut wash nail $75 out the door good experience. Second visit same service $80 , no big deal I understand price increases. 1 month later only need a bath and nails told me $60 I’m thinking hmm that isn’t much less considering I’m not getting her cut done but book anyway because good job in past.

I send my mother in law with my credit card and $20 cash for tip and get charged over $70???? I call and ask politely did you go up on prices and she tells me “no we charged you $80 last time” And I said yes for full groom with cut you quoted me $60 for this bath and her reply was “I said could be $60 or $70 depending on what they have to do” That’s a flat out lie never once was I told that or I would have paid like $9 more and got her cut done. So I say that’s to much I got to start going somewhere else because I could have gotten this same service done for $38 at petco. She was very dismissive and simply said “ok” like oh well who cares we don’t need your business

I was excited to bring my puppy here as I’ve read nothing but positive reviews on ST. The experience was disappointing. Rather than have an opportunity to discuss the cut with the person who was to do the actual grooming, I was asked to give the owner a pic of what I wanted and she would “ show it to the groomer”. My pup emerged with a very choppy uneven coat throughout her body and her muzzle was a hack job; In their defense , my puppy is young and quite hyper - I’m sure it wasn’t easy to give a precision cut to her 4.5 lb squirming body. I was told “ she had an attitude and was snippy”- I got this feedback only when I asked to speak to the woman her groomed her- otherwise I never would have met her. I am giving 3 stars because the staff was all very friendly and nice but I do feel like they rushed through my dogs grooming and I would’ve liked to have spoken to who was actually doing my dogs hair instead of her remaining unseen in the back room. I’ve since brought my dog to another local groomer who took her time and spoke to me directly for several minutes before she started- discussing my dog and the cut I wanted.
