I truly love the clothes at this store which is why it pains me to give only 1 star. I just think it is important for the management to know what is going on here. I am in my mid to late 20s and I was out shopping on 08/26/18 to spend my hard earned money and I LOVE this store.

I was looking for a dress for a wedding. There were a couple of girls working, they saw me looking for items, made eye contact, and said nothing. This is not the way that I think a paying customer should be treated. They didn't say hello, they didn't ask if I needed help, they just walked past me without so much as a smile.

I was able to get a dressing room from one of them, and she never followed up to see how I was doing- but I heard her checking on the other people in the dressing rooms- so why was I singled out?

This is supposed to be a "Christian" store but I don't think that was a good representation of the values stated by the store itself, which claims to boost the self-esteem of the clients. I guess everyone except me.

To add insult to injury, as I was leaving the girl- Kelsey- who got me a dressing room was chatting it up at the front of the store with another customer- telling her all the great new things they got in and really trying hard to please this person.

I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman as I left the store feeling defeated. It is wrong to profile people by the way they look. I did purchase a dress and would have spent more time and money in the store if I felt like the staff...

I came in to the store to look for a dress for my engagement party. Throughout my time in the store I had three separate sales associates who would check on me, pull dresses down from the top hangers, give suggestions, or check in the back for different sizes. They were all so friendly and helpful. From the time I entered the store to when I was ready to try on, the store became very full of customers and I saw how the employees were attentive to everyone - answering someone else's question while they got a dress down for me or taking several customer's armfuls of clothes to hold them in the dressing rooms. Even when the line for a dressing room was 10-deep, the employees were upbeat and helped us all through the line quickly.

If I hadn't been looking for a specific outfit, I could have tried on the entire store. The clothes are all so cute and they are good quality. The fabrics feel sturdy and soft. The prices are a little high, but I believe the quality makes it worth it. The sizes seemed to run large in my opinion. I'm normally a 4 or a medium in dresses, but in one style I needed an XS.

Definitely put this shop on your list as a go-to when you need some new,...

I just got done shopping in this store and I felt so put off by the lack of customer service that I checked the reviews to see if I was the only one. Looks like I’m not, as my experience echoes what some of the other customers have said. While I was there there were at least 4 girls working the floor who made eye contact with me, walked right by and asked the few other women shopping if they needed any help, completely ignoring me. One worker even started chit chatting with some customers, turned around and bumped into me, said excuse me and kept on walking. They certainly had no problem watching my every move though, as if I was there to shoplift rather than shop with my own hard earned money. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable that I was anxious just to leave. Unlike the other reviewers I am not a plus size girl, but I have quite a few tattoos so maybe that’s why I was treated differently than everyone else. Whatever the reason is I’ll be sure to steer clear of this place and take my business to somewhere...
