Being a freelance filmmaker, my laptop is my most important piece of equipment. I had a big problem with my Adobe editing software locking up my computer after launching their programs. I exhausted every blog post, forum and workaround solution I could find, and nothing worked to fix the issue. With deadlines to meet and more projects in the works, I decided to finally admit defeat and take it in. It was hard for me to trust someone to work on my machine, but these guys found the issue and got my computer back to me within a day. I had my desktop go down which is my lifeline for business and has all kinds of issues .they spent a day and a half fixing it up and then online fixed it ,got it back to me and it was better than it ever has been before. The pricing was ridiculously reasonable and now wmy parents decided to destroy their computer they can get remotely accessed by Mike and his staff and I don't have to go over there and try to figure out what they've erased . Computer CPR is PHENOMENAL!!! My laptop wouldn't boot up at all for 3 days. I sent them a " contact us" and was immediately notified within 15 minutes. I took my laptop in on Friday morning March 13 and it was repaired by 6pm the same day. I couldn't pick it up because I had to work late, so I picked it up on today, Monday.
