Avoid this place at all costs. My family and I bought our first home in May 2024 with their “help,” and it’s been nothing but regret. The agent (Paola Gallego) only showed up once at the beginning and once at closing — every showing in between was handled by her husband. We were pushed to use their “preferred” inspectors, lenders, and contractors, and now we see why: as soon as we closed, everyone disappeared. Within days of moving in, we discovered the AC didn’t work ($6,000 out of pocket), plumbing issues ($800+), major foundation problems, and now leaking/restroom damage. These are things any decent inspector or caring agent should have caught or at least warned us about. Instead, they rushed us into signing and vanished. We used all our savings, plus a second lien, and now we’re stuck with an overpriced mortgage and a house that’s falling apart. This team cares only about their paycheck, not their clients. We attended an open house in Bedford hosted by Mary Spann from Keller Williams Realty. The home itself was beautiful and had a lot of potential. However, our experience with the agent was disappointing. Upon entering, Mary didn’t come across as particularly friendly — which we didn’t mind, as we were mainly there to see the property.

While viewing the main bedroom on the first floor, we noticed the toilet was leaking water and immediately informed her. Later, when we returned to that room to compare it with the others, she abruptly told us to get out of the bathroom in a very rude manner — as if we were responsible for the leak. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, which made us uncomfortable enough to leave right away.
