I’ve been using them since October 2020 and have been really impressed. It’s not if but when things happen with AV issues. Jason Hanifan is on top of everything when I text him about all sorts of things. They have hung just about every TV in our home. They did all the router/WiFi as well. This most recent outdoor one they did by the pool is awesome. Tim and Jason both came out and not only worked through things but the finished product is fantastic.
