Love the store. Good product. Affordable. Probably better than Hone Goods. I’m 47 years old, have worked retail before, am currently in sales and I was spending about $500 at this store. I got schooled by the 19 year old cashier on how I should have got the bar code for the art I was trying to buy. I couldn't find anything about what they have in the store and when I tried to call them the number just rings like a dead line. Also all the stores in the area related to Homesense can't get in contact with other stores to ask about products they have cause non of the other stores have the number of any other one. Left me frustrated and annoyed, I'm trying to find another set of bar stools to go with the set I already have but can't find them any where even with the model and style numbers....

I visited this store with my colleagues and we were greeted by only one employee and that was the lady at the door. One of my colleague asked an employee can she get some help with a lamp.
