StretchLab — Local services in Southlake

I was always a massage kind of guy, until I tried Stretch Lab back in October of 2019 with their original "Pop Up". It is the best health decision I have made in a long time. Since that time I have felt as good as I have in years. My shoulder and back aches and pain are virtually gone. My flexibility is the best it has been since the 1990's. It is truly one of the things that has now become a necessity as I head into the later years of my life. The benefits are felt everyday. The staff is very professional and stays educated on the best ways to maximize your sessions to achieve the most help in your area of needs. I have found it best to stick to one or two as much as possible as they become familiar with the needs and limits of your flexibility. The main flexologist that I use is Betty. She is very professional and is able to push me to the limits that allow me to progress in a safe manner. She has changed certain stretches to maximize my sessions to get the most benefit possible. She just happens to be very affable, fun, and at times entertaining as we go through some maximum limit flexions and extension. I can see and feel the progress in my overall health and flexibility. Tried to cancel my membership and get refunded the $329 for the month of August 2024 due to life events and won't be able to use their services for the time being. Unfortunately if you don't give them a 31 day notice that you want to cancel, you will have a better chance of getting struck by lightning or winning the lottery than getting your refund. HORRIBLE policy and EVEN WORSE customer service!!! There are situations that YOU SHOULD make exceptions for...that's how you maintain customers and leave an impression of them wanting to come back. Instead they decided to steal $329 of my hard earned money possibly gone and for nothing. That's theft. I don't care how you spin it. Will make sure this review goes everywhere I can...

Booked a session at the local StretchLab while I was in town visiting family, and I’m glad I did. Claire at the Southlake location was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever worked with.

She’s got that perfect balance of being professional but also super chill—made the whole session feel relaxed and focused. Every stretch had a purpose, nothing felt rushed, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing.
