Update - 11/2 - came back after initial positive visit. This visit, chocolate chip cookie, which is supposed to be “stuffed,” tasted nothing like the first time. Wasn’t warm & clearly had been sitting inside warmer for a while - looked overcooked, inside was not the tasty dough like the first time…this visit, just tasted like an average regular chocolate chip cookie…waste of almost 5 dollars.
I loved Dirty Dough compared to Crumbl. I can’t speak to the specialty or rotating flavors, but the chocolate chip is so much better! I think a big difference is they do use semi-sweet chocolate chips, and the sweetness is more on par with your normal chocolate chip cookie. The edges are just done enough and the cookie is more of a mound shape. Biting in, you taste the warmth from the oven and it has a perfectly underbaked center that tastes like a combo of cookie and dough in the best way possible.
