This is the second time I have eaten at this restaurant. I came back a second time with my family after eating there with a friend. We are vegan, and they had a few options for us. Some of the food was very good; however, the descriptions in the menu did not match the food served. For example, the Vegetable Tempura Sushi we got did not contain asparagus or avocado per the menu description. When we asked the server and manager about it, they said there are some things that are seasonal that they can't get. This was complete and utter dishonesty, as we had two other dishes loaded with avocado. They apologized but did absolutely NOTHING to rectify (no crediting our bill or offering to remake it correctly). We had ordered TWO of these sushi rolls at $16 a piece (along with several other dishes and appetizers)!! In addition, we are vegan and we told them this when we ordered, but they served us a kiwi sauce that tasted like it had mayonnaise in it. So, we asked them, and sure enough, it did. This really upset us. The staff should know what vegan means. Will never go back to this restaurant not because the food wasn't good and the prices were exorbitant but because the customer service was terrible.

Honestly from other reviews I had high hopes. We happened to be in this area of Texas and instead of going 40 minutes to our normal spot decided to try out this one. The restaurant smells like its waste traps are full and you're hit with the smell as soon as you enter. That should have been our clue to leave but we didn't take it. The menu is huge and everything is very over priced compared to other ramen places. Our sushi came out and was huge, was not eatable in less than 2/3 bites which is not normal and very disappointing. The ramen came out in a beautiful presentation but the noodles inside all stuck together and were on the crunchy side which I've never actually ran into in a ramen restaurant. The plus sides would be the food came out hot. The servers were nice, the bathrooms had no changing tables which seems silly considering you supply highchairs and kids chop sticks but can't have a simple changing spot for babies/toddlers. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning (not that most businesses care anymore). Just looking around it seems like it needs a total overhaul and some love put it.

So disappointed with the food here. We couldn’t manage to even eat the food. Not sure if they were having an off day or new chef that they pulled off the street. But the food was so nasty and very expensive. We got soft shell crab tempura, which came with a sauce that tastes like vinegar and horseradish. The crab was unappetizing looking inside, I don’t quite know what happened, but the shells were a bit crunchy too, it scratched the throat well after eating. Tried one and couldn’t eat more. We also got Tonkatsu ramen that had so many issues. Tasted like burnt pork and they scraped the burnt bits from the grill off into the broth. You can see all the burnt flakes like pepper in the photo. It also tasted like burnt sesame oil or something. The noodles were undercooked, and the egg was overcooked. But mostly just could not eat it because of the burnt sink water flavor of the broth. The waiter was nice enough, but he even agreed that the ramen tasted burnt. Please just go somewhere else if you want ramen.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Today was my friends and I first experience here at this restaurant and it was horrible. Our waitress was very nice and at first, everything was going fine. I ordered the vegetarian ramen and was excited to try their food. When it came the broth was amazing but the noodles were made out of kale, which the menu did not say, and sadly, they were soggy and gross. We notified the waitress, who told the manager and the manager had it remade with regular noodles. No big deal. The second bowl came out and again, the noodles were soggy and gross. We asked for the manager to take off the ramen from our check and he talked to the owner who told him no they cannot because they “made it twice.” My friends immediately redacted and told him they were gross and I hadn’t eaten the ramen on either bowl. Why should we pay for something I didn’t eat? Instead of taking it off the check, the manager proceeded to argue with us about taking it off the check and he kept refusing to get the owner as we wanted to talk to him to ask why. After a couple minutes of argument he finally went to talk to the owner again. The the manager pulled out his phone like the owner told him to call the police, which was very immature and irrational. We had bad food, why is it okay to call the police because they refused to take off my BAD FOOD?!?! After he put his phone up, he came over to tell us he will take it off the bill and for some reason they thought we wouldn’t pay for the rest of the food?!?! The rest of the food was okay, it was just the ONE thing we wanted off. After we paid, my friend asked to talk to the owner again and his cowardly self decided to hide behind the counter WHERE WE CAN SEE HIM and pretend we didn’t see him and that he was SOO BUSY. My friend complemented the server but told the manager we were unhappy and would not return as a result. In response, the manager told us we had to leave and they would not serve us again. So, he won’t serve us because they tried to make us pay for food I didn’t eat. They were so extremely unprofessional and going here was a disappointment. This restaurant is a joke. Don’t go here if you want to go somewhere professional and with a nice staff....

Visited the restaurant on 5/27/2021 around 7pm. This was our first time at this restaurant and it was quite disappointing. We were 4 adults and 2 infants. We were initially being served by a female server who was nice and helped us with our appetizers and drinks. Among the appetizers were couple of sushi orders, pork buns and potato shrimp. Every thing on the table was pretty good from taste perspective. When we're getting close to wrapping up appetizers and order some Ramen, our server got us another order of sushi and told us that one of the orders served earlier was the wrong order and she apologized. Since it was our first time here, we did not know that we were given a wrong item. We gladly accepted it and ordered our ramen. If she had not come with another order we would have never known. Then we started to get a different male server when the Ramen was brought to our table. When we asked for our check, he came to the table said, "Next time when you get a wrong order, please don't eat it. You need to let us know so that we can return it. We are not charging you this time." REALLY? They bring us the wrong order and now thay are doing us a favor by not charging us? The male server was very disrespectful to us. Our cheque was around $160 (with pre-added service charge) and that server is assuming that we are eating free food coz we knew that we got the wrong order. If they had not come with the correct order, we would have never known. Never, ever going back just because of this experience. The food was overall pretty good except the "okay" Ramen.

Price: On the higher end, but given where it was located, it...
