Standing at the dressing room with a pair of jeans to try on. I've gained a lot and then lost some weight and need a new pair of jeans for my trip to Napa tomorrow. Already feeling vulnerable about having yo try on jeans...

One sales associate looks up at me as she is telling another sales associate that someone important is there so to make sure and give great customer service... and then walks past me. Then the other girl looks at me as she walks by to put stuff away. Not one of them bothered to say I could just go into any dressing room. So I stood there for a minute and figured it out on my own. Yes my hair was a mess and I was in sweatpants but my money works just the same as anyone else so it was disappointing to be treated like I didn't exist when they simply could have said as they walked by that I could pick any room and to let them know if I needed help (or any other typical thing one says when someone goes into a dressing room).

This was my first and last experience with Loft. Customer service was the absolute worst. I was in the store for more than an hour and not one sales person spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. When I checked out, the clerk rang up two of the same item instead of the two different items I actually got. When I went to do an even exchange, I was told that the clerk rang up my purchase incorrectly and I would have to pay more in order do do the exchange. It wasn’t my fault the clerk didn’t do her job correctly, but I sure paid for it! Never shop here if you expect to be treated like a person or have your purchase go smoothly. Worst...

I had such a great experience shopping at LOFT thanks to Bently! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and her patience made the whole process enjoyable.
