Kendra Scott — Local services in Southlake

I came to this store on Monday 4/29 to use my birthday discount to buy a pair of hoops for Mother’s Day. I already knew what I want. It was almost end of April so there was a line outside. I waited for almost 20 minutes and finally got in. I quickly picked up the sample and asked the cashier that I wanted to buy this. She doesn’t like people who doesn’t look white and has foreign accent I guess. She got annoyed by me when I told her this is my birthday month and confirmed that I have birthday discount. She got tired and said happy birthday. It was not a pleasant experience at such store like this. I walked away and felt guilty that I was among last minute customers. The cashier passed the stress on me.

On Mother’s Day, I gave my mom her present. My mom happily tried on the hoops. She went out and came home couple hours later letting me know that she lost of the hoops. She was sad all day looking for the other one.

I brought the other one to another Kendra Scott store in Fort Worth. They let me purchase another pair for half off. I checked the item this time and realized there are earring backs in this pair. My mom told me she didn’t have earring backs come with the first pair.

So thank you for whoever sold the first pair to me, you successfully ruined my mom’s Mother’s Day. I rated two stars because the staff managing wait line was so sweet though.

Lesson for myself, I won’t shop for bday discount in last minutes anymore. And never...

I went and looked around for a butterfly ring and decided to think on it and walk around the rest of the shopping center to look around and decided to order the ring online for pick up in store since I could get 15% off by doing that. I went into the store after I got done doing my shopping in the shopping center to pick up the ring I had ordered and a very rude woman didn’t even greet me and said “Oh you’re back.” And said that “on the email it says the order won’t be ready for 4 hours”. And proceeded to repeat that twice while I sat and waited for the other employee to assist me since that woman was with other customers anyway. Well that much kinder employee retrieved my ring for me with no issue and was very nice. Honestly the rude woman made me regret even ordering the ring and bothering to come back in. The rude woman made me feel like I was an after thought and that my money was not as valuable as the other people she was dealing with. The shopping center this location in is very hard to find parking in and I did not have time to come back later and try to find a parking place so I am glad I was ultimately assisted by the kinder employee. I just didn’t understand the attitude and rudeness from the first employee that spoke to me. Probably won’t be back to this location and unfortunately this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had a Kendra store....

The lines were suppppper long and a very small store so, that equaled lots of waiting time and was kind of difficult to get a Kendra Scott Rep. to actually help you find what you're looking for. So many people were there that it was breaking the fire and safety code so, they made everyone stand outside(when it was 45 degrees and WINDY) and, you had to wait until someone came out to go in. On the bright side, you do get a pretty awesome birthday deal... 50% percent off your purchase!( don't forget to bring your I.D) I also wish they had a better way of telling your checkout clerk what jewelry you have at least, on a crazy day like the weekends. maybe...taking your name with your order especially, if you have multiple items...? other than that, super cute place in a PERFECT location just wouldn't recommend to go on a sunday mid-afternoon, while the Arts festival is going on and it's the last day of April so errrrybody is trying to get that...
