Visited this store with one of my friends on Saturday 6/5/25. We are both college students who love Yeti products, and wanted to look around but were unable to afford to buy anything in the store. Trey (I think that was his name) was the kindest and most professional employee I have come across before! He immediately greeted us and asked us questions about what we were looking for. We spent some time looking around the store, and as we were leaving he gave us stickers even though we didn’t buy anything. He really was an exemplary employee! My family has been using Yeti products for a long time, and after my experience with Trey I can’t wait to save up from my job and go back to Southlake and buy Yeti products...
Read moreGreat location for everything Yeti! My most recent visit was having my Tundra customized. The only downside to this store is the interaction with employees, definitely felt uncomfortable. Feels like you’re in their way. Like they have something they’d rather be doing. Definitely could do better with how they treat customers. I like yeti and I don’t mind the premium, but the premium comes with a level of expectation Yeti doesn’t seem to be meeting when it comes to interaction or service. Also Tundra’s are really heavy. It would be nice if they had a reserved parking spot in front of the door and an automatic door button. No one seemed to care that I had to open the door and carry this...

The experience was good until I finished my roundabout at the store just to be asked by the store sales guy (a store guide) and the conversation was uncomfortable with his answers on price tags which was not relevant to my questions.
