Kohl's — Local services in Sparks

Went shopping today here, spent quite awhile here. Was looking at the flip flops, etc. The dept was extremely disorganized. Some of the Sketcher shoes were with Mud shoes that were $14.99. A lot of other Sketcher's were where the Candie's shoes sign was & the Candies were where the Mud sign was. It was horrible. Had to ask for help, gal had to find another sales gal (if thats what you want to call her) she just says "oh, IDK who did this". Didnt say sorry, we will honor the price of the shoes, cuz it's all mismarked & misplaced. Finally found a pair of sunglasses & wanted to use my 30% off coupon. The young oriental girl said "you must use your kohls card". I told her "i didnt want to just charge $7.00 on my Kohls card that has nothing on it & in Calif they dont make me use ONLY my kohls card, i use my reg visa or debt". She says "not here, sorry". So i left. It had to be one of the WORST shopping experience i ever had !!! Kohls on Pyramid in Reno, needs to get it together. I work in the retail business, i honor prices that are mismarked or ALL displayed in wrong areas. I wont shop here again !!! Customer...

Poor customer service. My mother in law purchased three pairs of pants for my son online, unfortunately, they were too small. I went in to exchange them. They were only willing to give me $4.80 per pair without the recipt. (she paid $24.99 each). I had to call her and have her come down so they could look up the transaction from her debit card. Once we had gotten the correct sizes and were checking out, my mother in law brought up the issue to the cashier. She so rude and argued with my mother in law, saying I could have exchanged them for full price. The women at customer service never told me that. It was a huge inconvenience. Plus my daughter had picked out a toy that was marked 60% off. They said it wasn’t for that toy and it was actually full price. I wasn’t willing to pay $60 for a Barbie toy so I put it back. My three year old was so upset. I will never go to this store again. I will be shopping at stores that treat their...

I like the location, but have a hard time finding my size, but really made me mad was when I heard the assistant manager telling a customer that the $10 coupon would no longer be accepted. This is strange being the store gives you a $10 coupon for every $50 you spend. So next month when I need to buy my winter levis this will not be the store that I shop, I will drive further to a friendlier Kohl's. I cannot recommend the Spanish Springs Kohl's to anyone, besides it just doesn't look as neat in clean when compared to other kohl's in the same metro area.
