Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Sparks

If I could give negative stars I would. We came through at 11pm with a horse trailer and wouldn't fit through the drive through. Walked to the window and asked if we could walk through the drive through, the employee said yes. Waited for 5 cars to order in front of us, got to the order speaker and the manager told us we could NOT order if not in a vehicle. The person behind us graciously let us jump in their car and order. We got our food and were out at our trailer and our entire order was wrong, the soda was flat and the food was cold. We were given no straws or napkins. So I walked back to the window to ask them to please remake our food; only to receive massive attitude from the manager. She asked me to wait out front while they remade our food....brought it to us and the manager basically threw it at us, turned around and flipped us off while walking back to the restaurant with some very colorful language. Took them a while to ask if I've been helped yet though they had 4 employees from what I could see up in the front area. Food took 9 minutes (I timed it) to be ready for only 1 combo, and there was no one else ahead of me. Asked for it to go when I ordered, they gave it to me on a tray. I asked for a bag, and the kid puts on in front of me and said, "There" in a very condescending tone as he threw it in front of me. I had already expected to bag it up myself which I was ok with, less people touching the food, however, I didn't appreciate the attitude. The girl Maggie that took my order was professional and nice, maybe her coworker should learn some manners from her.

I came in today at 12 noon for lunch with my husband. I was appalled as I watched the cashier lady inside be completely rude to an elderly customer, and others. My husband and I noticed her attitude as we first walked in but I was not expecting to witness her belittle a customer right after. Every customer in there was beyond polite, and respectful of each other so it was very uncalled for her to be speaking to people that way.
