Mattress Firm Sparks — Hotel in Sparks

I purchsed a Queen size Sleepys adjustable bed on 2/11/24 from Mattress Firm. Patrick was my salesman, very nice & helpful. It was a good experience with Patrick & my purchase of what I thought was going to help me sleep more comfortably as Arthritis has overtaken me and I have been sleeping in my recliner to get positions that help take the pressure off. That reason alone made me start looking & researching good adjustable beds. The reason I am unable to give 5 stars is because of the warranty company Mattress Firm chooses to do business with. ServeCo North America is TERRIBLE & their customer service people are very rude and unhelpful. I have been unable to sleep in my bed since 2/26/24 as it is stuck in a position, remote does not work, lights quit working underneath the bed and a part (i don't know what it is, fell off). They have terrible reviews and have been turned into the BBB several times. When your warranty company is terrible it will reflect on your store as I have felt like no one cares about the customer after you make your purchase, then your on your own if something...

After shopping around different mattress stores for 3 weeks, I decided to swing into Matress Firm in the Sparks location. I was not bombarded by a salesman, I was greeted and asked if I needed any information about what they had to offer. I said I was there to just look around and try a few beds. I ultimately looked at the Purple beds and the Temperpedic beds. I asked the salesman a million questions, and he answered every one. He didn't put any pressure on my wife or I to hurry up and buy. He spent time with us and allowed us to lay on a bunch of mattresses and try all different types of pillows. We wound up getting a quote, and left the store. 2 weeks later, we went back to the same store, re tried the mattresses again, and we ultimately bought a purple 2 with adjustable base and a Temperpedic with adjustable base. My daughter and I went in looking to buy 2 beds for the little house I just bought. Joe was the salesperson who helped me. I told him what my needs were as far as comfort, support for my back, I always sleep hot, etc. After showing me several different mattresses, I went with my first choice, a Beauty Rest Black C-class medium pillow top mattress with an adjustable base. For the guest room, we decided on a “Purple” hybrid prime mattress on a raised metal platform frame. 4 pillows and a bamboo mattress cover for each bed. Joe explained the pros and cons of each mattress and pillow. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and he also has back issues so he knew what I needed.
