Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I came in 20 minutes before they closed a guy and a girl arguing in the back, no uniform, shouting at each other. I’m standing there surprised and she leaves her place and says”what do u want”. I let it go at first because she was in a bad mood and i just wanted my sanwhich. She’s looking extremely impatient and agitated. I start looking at the menu, I’m not the type of person to take more than a minute to chooses but she yells at me “are you going to order or not”. I’d never been treated like that being the customer. Soon after a couple walks in before plenty of time of close. She tells them they’re closed and they know they aren’t. They stand there astonished. She yells this time: “we are closed”. The other guy is sitting down laughing as if we were all a comedy show. I ask then for my sanwhich to be toasted. She says they already shut it down. I have friends who have worked at subway, and also by common sense, that toaster doesn’t close till the store closed. I tell her to just keep the sanwhich and she blurs our “ then why you here then”. I left the store and called the manager the next morning. She wasn’t interested in what I had to say. The other reviews left here speak for themselves too....

Manager was there when I went. I had a coupon for a $5.99 footlong that says it excludes any XL or extra meat sandwich. They said it could only be used for a list of about 8 sandwiches (the cheapest ones) and did not apply to the steak and cheese or chicken footlongs, mainly only the processed meat sandwiches. While making the sandwich, I asked for more black olives and more pickles and was granted a few extra with an obviously disgusted look. At the end, I asked for a cup of sweet onion sauce, also seemed irritated about this also. When rung up, the coupon was not included and I payed full price. Only after running my card did I realize it and challenge the charge. Then I was given back the difference. Overall not a good experience.
