I would not recommend! We asked the lady working the counter if it were possible to resize my husbands wedding band to make it bigger. To our delight she agreed that it was possible. The ring had to go up several sizes, so the need for more silver was expected. The lady gave us a price at $40 per size and it had to be enlarged 4 sizes ($160). Though the ring has little to no monetary value, it’s a family heirloom of my husbands side and we gave the deposit and waited until they called. They did not do a good job blending the ring on the section they added the silver. The same day it started making his finger turn black around the part where the size was placed. Also, the weld/solder joints were plainly visible and looked as if instead of adding the required amount of metal they stretched what was there as much as they could and placed a tiny sliver. It was the furthest thing from seamless and uniform. I went back up there the next day and told them about the crappy job they did but they told me that we were liars and the ring didn’t look that way when he picked it up and it was something my husband did. She insisted that he messed it up at work when he had not yet worn it to work. He picked it up after work, brought it home, put it on and took a shower. After a brief exchange of words they told us they’d fix it and to come back the next day to get it. It was much better but still very far from a professional job. After all, we accepted the ring as it was. A week later the section they added to make it bigger fell out of the ring. We haven’t been back.
