The Spartanburg Little Theatre (SLT) brings quality community theatre to the growing cultural hub that is Spartanburg, SC. Although they hold open auditions for the entire community to partake in, SLT selects actors and stagehands in a professional manner by always making the right decision for each particular show. I am always overjoyed by the professionalism I witness in the lobby, on the stage, and behind the stage at each performance. Went to Bohemian Rhapsody at this wonderful theatre. The cast was amazing. I was blown away by each members vocal talent. The cast could have truly been on Broadway. The theatres architecture and interior are beautiful. The auditorium, bathrooms, and lobby all very clean. There was a small selection of drinks (alcoholic/nonalcoholic) and concessions. The sound of the theatre was perfect, better than many shows I have been to. I found myself thinking that I wish I could have seen some of my favorite bands at this theatre. Great experience overall. This is the best little theater in the country. Ticket prices are affordable. The events that are staged here would put a strain on any other system.
