Baehr Feet Shoe Boutique — Local services in Spartanburg

I ordered my daughter a pair of UGG Disquettes for Christmas. I was a little apprehensive because they were sold out everywhere and I had never heard of Baehr Feet Shoe Boutique, but they shipped and I received them well before Christmas. They were small on my daughter ( I think this particular style runs very small) and I thought we were going to be out of luck. I immediately emailed customer service ( on Christmas Day), assuming there was nothing they could do for me, because they were showing sold out. I received an email back the next day, which surprised me because I figured I wouldn't hear anything for at least a week since it was the week in between Christmas and New Years. I was told they were so sorry but they were sold out. A couple of hours later I received another email saying they had just gotten a shipment in and she would put a pair of size 8s on hold for me and all I had to do was ship back the pair of 7s that I had. I honestly couldn't believe my luck! I was so impressed with their customer service and how helpful and easy it was to exchange the UGGs. Terrible experience/came from Charlotte NC/clerk barely acknowledged me as I perused the inventory/when I asked a cursory question, she was curt and completely disinterested. I had such a wonderful experience at Baehr Feet! The selection is absolutely stunning – they carry everything from classic staples to unique statement pieces you won’t find anywhere else.
