The Chapman Cultural Center houses the Artists’ Guild of Spartanburg, Ballet Spartanburg, Carolina Foothills Artisan Center, The Music Foundation of Spartanburg, Spartanburg Art Museum, Spartanburg County Historical Association, Spartanburg Little Theatre, and Spartanburg Youth Theatre, The Spartanburg Repertory Company, and the John F. Green Spartanburg Science Center.

The Chapman Cultural Center is a wonderful place for all ages. My Grandchildren have enjoyed many programs at the Science Center which were both educational & entertaining. Any time we have out of town visitors, a leisurely stroll through the various art exhibits is a regular part of of the visit. Classes in Art, Dance, etc are always awesome. This is an excellent venue to serve the cultural needs of the community. Some parking is available on both the east and west sides of the building. The facility is large enough to hold several hundreds of patrons, yet it still maintains a cozy, personal feel.
