Target — Local services in Spartanburg

Let me start by saying that I absolutely loved Target; it had been my favorite store ever since childhood. However, the encounter I had today completely changed my perspective. I went to the self-checkout today to purchase a bikini, which ended up being $32.08. I slid two twenty dollar bills into the cash inserter, and received only $7.75 back in change. 17¢ really isn’t a big deal, so I grabbed my bag and walked towards the exit. As I was leaving, some obnoxious male associate in combat boots sporting a buzz cut screamed at me, “MA’AM STOP”, causing every other customer in the store to stop and direct their attention towards me. I went back to the self-checkout, where I had recently paid out, and expected him to give me back my 17¢ I had never received. However, that was not the case, he instantly started keying in numbers and tried to go back to my transaction. He then told me that he was, “making sure I paid.” He had watched me the whole time I paid, I’m sure of it, because I could basically feel him breathing down my neck. This associate tried to accuse me of stealing, after he watched me payout! After he saw that I had in fact, paid for my bikini, he did not say a word. No apology, no look of regret, nothing...he simply turned around and walked back to stare at another customer as they paid out. Needless to say, I will not be back to this location, and Target should really have a talk with this...

I am very disappointed in target with all this pride garbage you put out. I am in South Carolina. I used to always shop at target because with children because I could always put in an order and pick it up in 2 hours. When the ridiculous rule started that trans men could go to womans batnroom and trans woman into mens bathroom, i stopped shopping it the store. When the started having order drive up i was happy i could still shop but keep my kids safe from the safety risk in the bathrooms. Now I will not spend another penny at target due to this pride garbage that you guys did. I will not allow my family to step into that store and see the ridiculous trans clothes and devil items you are selling. I would rather now order days in advance somewhere else or order online but not support another one of your garbage antichristian ideas. "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord"! You choose this day who you will serve because God is coming to judge everyone on this planet. You choose heaven or he'll. You choose your ETERNITY. My prayers are that you will repent and fall on your knees infront of the ALMIGHTY GOD, because He is coming very soon. He will come unexpectedly and you will have no time to repent at last minute. You will be thrown into the lake of fire with your father devil which will be laughing at you for believing him and...

I took a trip to this Target today to grab some items in the personals and some detergent. I have no intentions on returning to this Target ever again. I entered the store and went straight to the personals isle. About a minute after looking for an item a worker comes down the isle. She has a buggy with a scanner at the end of the isle. I grabbed what I needed and walked to the detergent which was a few isles down. Well a.minute later this young lady comes down the isle and uses her scanner to scan an item but her buggy was left a few isles up. Ok I walked to another isle that I didn't need anything off of to see if she was following me. I felt like management had her watchong me to see if I was going to steal something. Well a minute later, she shows up. I have never been so offended before. She didn't have her buggy then either. I work a full-time job and a part-time job and have NEVER stolen anything.I will not be returning. Target if your going to stereotype customers and have your workers follow customers in the store to see if they are stealing at least tell them to be more discreet with it. It was obvious she was following me and I hadnt been to that Target in forever. I'm very...
