I am a HAPPY HAPPY customer. We had a pipe that burst in our home a few weeks ago. It was a messy situation, we were uneducated in process with something like this. I was out of town, my wife had to go to the store by herself and shop for a whole new kitchen. It was a stressful situation to say the least. She said the guy at the store helped her tremendously. THEN came the questions and concerns from ME. The MINUTE John Galloway made first contact with me I could tell my wife was right! John helped us through this process from START to finish. Answering emails, fixing our invoices, giving us suggestions, giving us opinions, NOT pressuring us with (normal sales pitches), but instead GENUINELY empathizing with our situation and seemingly concerned with our situation. This remodeling of our kitchen—went from a very, VERY hectic situation—to a stress free comfortable-at-ease situation.
