This is the kinda place where the food is amazing and the people actually care about the food they serve. Everything we had was melt in your mouth delicious. Premium ingredients hand crafted by the deli gods at Monster Subs. The Reuben was lean and jam packed with the thinnest sliced corned beef, all the toppings and marble rye made it the pinnacle of perfection with each mouth watering bite. The Kraken was the perfect blend of good deli sub and a little heat. The jalapeno bacon set my tastebuds on a roller coaster of heat that ended with the Chipotle spread. As I navigated through the delicious zone there wasn't one bite without a mane player. No end of bread meatlessness. The Knukle sandwich showed us what a true deli sub looks like. My husband saw reviews for this sub shop online and was convinced we needed to drive the 27 mins to give it a shot. Walking into the shop we were immediately excited about the decor and the personal collection of the shop owners! They had all sorts of collectible decor and random baubles. Their menu was full of delicious sounding options but I opted for a favorite which was the Kraken. Roast beef, turkey, jalapeño bacon, chipotle mayo, and cheddar cheese LOADED into a hoagie bun.

Holy cow, it was delicious and had the perfect amount of kick! My husband got a meatball sub that was also packed with TWO rows of meatballs, marinara, cheese, and he enjoyed every bite!

The owner surprised us with some mini cannolis and some famous Amos cookies for our little one. He was very generous and kind! He made us feel very welcome, as well as the other shop employees. First time here because it was close to work and was craving a tuna sub so checked it out. At first I thought a bit pricey, $745 for a reg 6 in. But compared to most deli places that put 1 small scoop on bread and smear it across monster was that.. a monster. They just several scoops on fresh tasty bread and it was overflowing with tuna. Well worth the higher price. The 2 men working were friendly and courteous especially since it was 12 and they were beginning to get really busy with lunch rush.
