Visiting Spearfish South Dakota? Seli Mind and Sole Sanctuary is a MUST. Whether you’re in town for the Rally, Sturgis, a Bachelorette Party, a romantic getaway or to finish out the ultimate glamping trip.

Conveniently located off the Main Street, just 3 blocks from Spearfish Cafe (best breakfast spot) this hidden gem is going to be your favorite part of your trip. The owner, Jennifer Ames, and her vision for this spa perfectly captured the serenity of the black hills. You feel the healing energy radiating from the parking lot.

The store front has tons of cute accessories, chic western wear and hand picked local goods, but the real experience begins down the hall in the lounge. A quiet, warm, dimly lit room invites you to unwind in the glow of the salt lamps. Snacks and refreshments are available while the specially trained, exceptionally knowledgeable staff prepare a treatment that will refresh you mind, body and Seli (meaning spirit).

I had a facial with Bree who was incredibly gentle, and kind. She executed the treatment with precision and intention. My skin was absolutely glowing and has been for the 3 days since. They use high quality products that leave no greasy residue and with my sensistive skin I could not be more thrilled to find somewhere that offers all the luxury with none of the baggage.

Mattea was my soak expert and she was incredible. She made sure the water was as hot as I liked, and was so attentive to my preferences. She poured me a hot chamomile tea and promptly whisked me away to heaven with an ingale of fresh lavender and a foot massage that felt like rapture. I did fall asleep during both treatments. You won’t be able to help yourself from relaxing completely.
