The Wild Rose — Local services in Spearfish

I've been a local since 2006 and love to do business in town, especially around the holidays. I've shopped at the Wild Rose a few times, and the uniqueness of this store deserves 5 stars, they have some beautiful and distinct gifts that truly set them apart. However, the same cannot be said about the owners attitude. Not only is she extremely rude, unfriendly, and snooty, she has watched me like a hawk nearly every time, as if I'm going to rob her blind or something. I was in there again today with my brother and he felt the same way. She made us both feel very unwelcome. Now, I have had decent service from some of the other gals that work there, but never her. How you treat your customers makes or breaks their loyalty to you. Her attitude is a complete turn off and makes being in there quite uncomfortable, as if your doing something wrong every step of the way. So, for her total lack of appreciation, I'm giving Wild Rose 1 little tiny star. She needs to retire that attitude, it is bad for business. Speaking of business...I will take mine elsewhere...

I absolutely love this store. There’s always something I can get as a gift for pretty much anyone for any occasion. It’s my go-to for getting myself something special as well. When I want a new purse I know to look here and they are always willing to go the extra mile- ordering accordingly, wrapping gifts; whatever it may be! Even if all I can do is browse I always feel better after spending time here. Definitely a favorite...

I had walked past the store numerous times looking in the window not realizing inside was a gem of a store. I recently went in and was excited to see all the beautiful seasonal decorations and items I have been looking for online eg. Specific scent oil diffuser & tea.
