Kohl's — Local services in Spokane Valley

I had to go and return a damaged product I ordered from Amazon. I'd never returned anything I've ordered to Amazon before because I figured it would be to much trouble to return it. However this was an expensive purchase which arrived all broken. So Amazon had me go to Kohl's to return it. There were no long lines at the Amazon return counter and all I did was have the Kohl's associate scan the QR code I was emailed and that was it. My money was refunded back to my account before I even left the store. It can't get easier or better than that. But actually it did! Because afterwards the Kohl's associate handed me a voucher for 25% off any purchase in the store and it was available to use immediately. So I stayed and bought a few items and then after checking out I was given $20 Kohl's cash. so it gets even better still. That was my first visit to Kohl's and now I'll definitely be going back. They have a great selection and the Kohl's cash is a nice bonus. If only they let you spend the Kohl's cash on the same day, then I'd say they're to good to be true. Loved how supportive, comical, entertaining, efficient, and helpful the person was checking us out at the register was. Kohl's I support 💯% because I still like supporting retails stores that I can walk into for a variety of things to do business with. Their coupons and savings are great even though some of their pricing is over the top. I understand it is the nature of the beast these days though unfortunately. You just have to find the good deals within the expensive pricing at the store. That being said, they will definitely be getting more business from me moving forward as well as they should get the opportunity to obtain your business as well. The Amazon and Wal-Mart type Corporate customer service establishments will eventually be their undoing in the long run. Mark my words. I've been here 3 times so far and have been appalled at their prices and selection every time. I've only ever been able to find a single pair of sandals in my size at this store and nothing else fits me or else is ridiculously overpriced. Their sale prices match nearly every competitors every day prices and my kids have never cried so hard after I balked at their toys that they sell at a MARKUP over MSRP. I can normally say yes to a small toy at the store but not when it's $15 more than anywhere else. They don't care about their employees and refused to release parking lot camera footage to the police of a break-in because it was their own employee who was burgled.
