I came in interested in financing myself a new couch for my living room, when I had put in my information to apply she had signed me up for a macys credit card! And not the couch, if you know anything about building credit opening new accounts and hard credit pulls is bad for your credit and I did not want a Macys gift card I wanted to buy a couch to take advantage of their 0% interest for furniture if paid on time not make payments with 30% interest on a Maxed out credit card, I am extremely disgusted with her attitude she had told me that applying for a credit card was the only to finance a couch as if I was gonna buy a couch with a credit card, she profiled me for my looks, and did absolutely no help for me at all! She affected my credit score by signing me up for a card i didn’t even want and didn’t even run my credit for the couch I walked in for....

I had the worst experience in Macy's Valley mall today, I ordered a coat for my sister's birthday that she really wanted and shipped it to them, waited for them to call me to tell me that it's ready to pick up, for two weeks no one bother, so I called yesterday to ask and she said yes it's here, so today I went to get it and the lady on the counter she was like I returned it today in the morning with her sarcastic voice sorry, how convenient called yesterday and they returned it without my permission today in the morning, wow Macy's wow, anyway other company would like my business very sure of that, closed my account, thanks for saving me some money, I usually don't bother to write bad reviews but that lady...
