If you're ever in Spokane, this is a must place to visit!!! My daughter and I decided to make a stop here on 11/12/23 for dessert and some hot drinks. This place was not near my daughter's home. It was approximately a 30 minutes drive. It's located in a place that you would not expect. I'd have to say that the drive was pretty interesting. The ambience is comfy and clean. I got the Coconut Pandan $4.00. My daughter got the Ube latte $5.25. For some reason, I really thought they would be really sweet however, the sweetness was on point! Was not too sweet at all, just a hint of sweetness. These guys do it so RIGHT!! my daughter ordered the rainbow Ube crêpe minus the bananas $10.95. I got the Pistachio Croffle $7.95. They were deliciously yummy!! 😋 Just a hint of sweetness. I actually finished my croffle and it was good size too. 😂 We also ordered the Chipotle Chicken melt $12.95 with extra chipotle sauce. This was bomb!! 🤩It did not disappoint. Both of the owners were working behind the counter. They provided excellent service, and were very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning when back in Spokane! 😃

Such a great find!! We follow @whatsgoodspokane on Insta and took his advice to try out this place and we were not disappointed!! We enjoyed the BBQ crepe, the strawberry Croffle and the Ube latte (hot & cold). The crepe was definitely delicious(the BBQ sauce was yummy), but the Croffle and the latte are definitely what we will be back for! I enjoyed a hot Ube latte and my husband a cold one, but I have to say the Ube cold was my fave. However don't discount the hot latte with the beautiful art on top! The sweetness was perfect and I didn't have to add a thing! The Croffle won us over with it's crispy and airy texture, covered in whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate sauce!! The service was amazing from start to finish from Emma and Tristan. Tristan gave us a a warm welcome, gave great suggestions and took the time to make sure we were happy! He even offered us a drink guarantee if we didn't like it. Emma answered all my questions about the different ingredients with a smile! Seriously try it for breakfast, brunching or light lunch! I highly recommend!

I went here for the first time today and was taken aback by the friendliness of the girl who took my order in the drive thru right before closing time. She seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer and was so sweet. I had originally wanted an ube crepe but she told me at this point they're only doing menu recipes though they soon anticipate being able to mix the menu up. I ordered an ube croffule and a coconut pandan, she gave me the biggest size even though I had ordered a medium then she informed me the drink was on her. I'm not accustomed to seeing such friendly customer service so I was shocked but promised to be back. The young man that was working was also very nice and took my order to my car. The coconut pandan was delicious and tastes just like rice pudding. So good. The ube croufeele along with the drink was a bit much and I couldn't finish it but the crouffle itself was pretty good. It's very sweet but not sickly sweet and the crouffle is the perfect texture. I will definitely be back!

When you are feeling low on energy, stop by Cafe Boku for all the positive vibes from Garrett and the crew. Its the burst of high energy and positivity you are sure to need on a rainy Tuesday!

Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the food and drinks. Cafe Boku takes pride in offering a menu that seamlessly blends classic favorites with innovative twists. Their coffee selection is a testament to their dedication to quality, with each brew crafted to perfection, whether you prefer a velvety latte, robust espresso or a personal favorite the cortodo.

But what truly sets Cafe Boku apart is their culinary creativity. Their brunch offerings are a delightful fusion of flavors and textures, with dishes like Ube croffle and lemonberry crepes.

And let's not forget about the desserts! Indulge your sweet tooth with their decadent Ube banada pudding, that's almost too beautiful to eat. There's something to satisfy every craving.

But perhaps the most magical aspect of Cafe Boku is the sense of community it fosters. It's not just a place to grab a bite or a cup of coffee; it's a gathering spot where friends come together, strangers become acquaintances, and memories are made. Seating can be a little tricky so be prepared to grab your drinks to go if it looks too busy.

So, if you find yourself in North Spokane craving a culinary adventure, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Cafe Boku. With its charming ambiance, delectable fare, and warm hospitality, it's sure to become your new...

This is a great coffee shop with really good service! My barista was a young taller gentleman with a shorter beard who was very friendly and gave me a free drink after I told him it was our first time there and we are from Western WA heading back home. While he was making my drink I heard him ask another patron who walked in the door if they had been there before. This guy should get a raise based on this alone. He definitely has a strong future in sales and customer service. My only advice is that the coffee could improve. My wife and I are admittedly "coffee snobs". The shots were weak and flavor sweeter than I would prefer. If you like coffee and are not "enlightened" you'll LOVE this place! If you're someone with a background in high end coffee that is used doing research and pulling your own shots at home you'll be slightly disappointed based on the 5 star review. My hope is I can help this barista out so he and the rest can improve there and soar to new heights. Take time pulling your shots, get the grind right, use a good bean and do some more research on how to make PERFECT coffee, not good or great coffee. I got a quad mocha with half the flavor and it was a little weak. I...

The crepes are tasty, but you'd expect that. What sets Cafe Boku apart are some unique flavour options, the friendliest staff ever, and a couple of spectacular drinks. I had my first ube drink there, which was great...but then got talked into trying pandan. Hot pandan with oat milk is nothing short of splendiferous. Our family of four, including a very hard to please Aspie, never agree 100% on any food or drink option, but all are unanimous about hot pandan. Do be aware you might have to stand in line a bit. This is their soft open and they are already very well liked. Still, despite being busy, the staff is always friendly. They also speed past the tip option on the credit card reader. I've only beaten them once, and I try really hard! I don't mind tipping when appropriate, like sit down restaurants, but am disgusted at the now prevalent "tip me" mentality...you don't deserve tips for handing a cookie across the counter or selling me a flag (yes, I've experienced both). Boku proves good service is an expectation, not something which is dependent on a tip...but that doesn't mean I won't keep trying to beat their register. They deserve it, and...
