Katie is an absolute RAWK STAR! As first-time home buyers and being new to the Spokane area, we had very little knowledge of the market, culture, and neighborhoods. Katie led the way with unflappable grace and tenacity. She helped us mitigate our expectations while at the same time instilling hope beyond what we thought might be possible on our limited budget. Over the span of just a couple months, Katie took us to EVERY HOUSE we wanted to see – well over 30 houses – and was consistently flexible to work within our schedule. After having several offers rejected and one offer accepted but then the house fail inspections, we were beginning to lose hope. It seemed like people were employing deceptive tactics in order to gain an edge in a very competitive market. But Katie refused to play those games and never compromised her values, stayed focused on what was possible, and continually redirected us towards hope and joy.
Very shortly after what felt like a crushing loss, we found a house that ticked nearly every box we had and, with Katie’s guidance and expertise, were able to submit a winning offer that was ultimately accepted. We went from beginning our home search to moving in to our new home in just under four months! There is no doubt in my mind that, had it not been for Katie’s incredible patience, determination, and unwavering positivity, we would have lost hope for ever finding a house and given up the search. Katie is THE reason we are in our home today. We couldn’t have done it without her; plain and simple.
To you: If you’re serious about wanting to buy or sell your home and looking for a person with local knowledge, wisdom, character, strength, and courage who is consummately in your corner and willing to go above and beyond for you again and again, Katie Bohr is your best choice. Though we have no plans to sell our house or buy any others, rest assured that if/when we do, Katie will be the one we turn to. She more than earned our trust, respect, and friendship and I can’t imagine going through the complicated process of home buying/selling with...
Read moreWe’ve known Kristina for several years through mutual friends however, we were always slightly hesitant with working with Kristina as a realtor, because we didn’t want to mix business with pleasure. When we decided we wanted to sell our first home, we considered that all of our friends have hired her as a realtor and every single time they consistently had rave reviews. Finally, my husband and I agreed it would be ill minded to not use her. We wanted the best and she clearly has proven that with everyone we knew. We met with Kristina and did a walk through our house, and we agreed on a price to list the house at. I am the type of person that wants straight feedback, just rip that band aid off and Kristina did just that, along with being tactful. She gave us a small list she would like to see in order to attempt to sell our house at our goal number. She checked in, always communicated, and if I needed a few extra minutes of her time, she gave it to me without hesitation. We listed our house and had 5 offers within the first day on the market (most over asking). Also, overwhelming, I asked for her feedback and she gave it to us. She coached me through every minute. It was a bit overwhelming working with that many realtors during the first day on the marker, and each time I checked in with Kristina, she encouraged me and helped me through it. I’ve never sold a house before and I didn’t want to be clouded by dollar signs. I wanted true feedback. This was my house that I loved and wanted to make sure I made the correct call that was given to us on paper. I was so impressed. The house sold, the process was too smooth. It felt too easy. I am actually nervous to buy/sell again in the future, because I can’t imagine buying or selling a house will ever be that smooth again. Kristina, she accepts feedback so well that you never feel like you’re drilling her. She welcomes it with open arms and encourages it. She wants to grow and because of that experience, we will never use a...

I have known Kristina for over 4 years. Not only is she incredibly skilled in her profession, she is a wonderful person.
Kristina helped us buy our home when we were new to the Spokane area and was invaluable in her knowledge of the area which allowed her to vet and filter properties according to our wants and needs so we didn't waste our time. She also has a great expanded, related network so she also connected us with a great local mortgage broker who made the process seamless. Post purchase we relied on her for various trade recommendations for things like electric, plumbing, roof, etc. This was the easiest, best experience i have had buying a home (this being our 4th).
Since then we have worked together trying to acquire a problematic property adjacent to us (hoarders, meth activity, random fires...). She reached out to the owners over the years, and finally when the property came up for sale late last year due to a probate sale, we again tried to purchase it. Finally we ended up with a contract, but the drama continued. There were vehicles, RV's, boats that had to be removed prior to closing (more kept coming after contract signing) and a very large junk clean up and demolition effort that had to happen 30 days post close. Kristina was instrumental in coordinating all the various parties to keep the transaction moving and we ended up closing only one day late due to a snow storm affecting paperwork delivery. She helped keep us calm when we were stressed out and worked toward the resolutions. Post close she stayed involved to ensure the cleanup was achieved and escrow'ed funds released.
I am incredibly grateful to have had Kristina as our guide through both of these transactions and when our next real estate needs come along she will definitely...
