After a very long week, my mom and I decided to try Park Inn. It was close to where we were and had really good reviews. We're both fairly picky about the foods we eat and have been having a really hard time to find good food in Spokane. Park Inn exceeded expectations in a huge way. The staff were incredibly friendly, the decor and ambiance were really cool, and the food is some of the best I've had from any restaurant that serves similar food. I HIGHLY recommend the JoJo potatoes as an appetizer; they're super fresh, super crispy, and taste like an actual potato instead of potato product. The tartar sauce that goes with them is also delicious. The pizza at Park Inn puts other pizza places to shame, the balance of flavors between the sauce, toppings, and crust is superb. I can honestly say that I think I have a new favorite place to get pizza, crust is important to a pizza and these people have got their crust perfected. I appreciate their accommodation to vegetarian diets, not many local places seem to do much more than a salad as their "vegetarian" options. If I could rate Park Inn more than 5 stars I would, the food deserves the 5 stars but the staff could easily add a sixth star to the review. Pictured below is their vegetarian pizza minus the green bell pepper. It tasted a whole lot better than it looks, and it's a pretty pizza.

Server was polite. Food was not good at all. Burger was burned and couldn't eat it. My kids pizza was good. Go for the pizza if you do go. Homemade chili for their fries was not good at all after they finally brought my fries after messing that order up. The pics I've seen others post also show burnt burgers so idk how people enjoy them. Told and showed the server the burned burger and he apologized and left it at that. Took almost 45 minutes for our food when there was only one other couple dining in. Even if cooked right the food and quantity are not worth the prices at all. Chicken strips , 2 chili fries and kids pizza came to $40. I typically don't get annoyed when trying out new places but this time we couldn't get our ticket paid and out fast enough.

Friend heard the broasted chicken was good so went there for holiday drinks and food. Was before 5, good handful of tables already taken. Place was cold, like the doors were open so left our coats on. Service wasn't the greatest, infact down right slow. Had to ask for another round more than once although she walked by our table every few minutes. Took quite sometime to get our food, which was good and the portion was plenty just felt a long time to get. Cocktails not so much on the good side. Great job on the ice sculptures outside. Parking lot was a bit to get into in order to park but managed. Probably first and last at that place.

This place is a must go to for Spokane!!!!! The server was very friendly and kind! We all ordered sandwiches and they were amazing! some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. i will definitely be coming back :)) they did add pickles to me and my dads sandwiches to the side and we don’t like pickles but hey you can always request it off the dish. the Jojos are amazing! Huge and fresh and hot. A little bit greasy and Falling apart quickly but they were amazing. Grilled cheese sandwich had a great pull from the cheese, my folks enjoyed their Hawaiian and p.i club sandwich. definitely gonna come back for the pizza next visit. such a great experience and view of the window towards the hospital watching cars go by. overall I’m definitely coming back.

EDIT: I'd like to add more on this because every time i come it's just better and better. I'd like to add on my past few visits here, the most recent i had the broasted chicken dinner and it's the best fried chicken i ever had. They give you a wing, thigh, leg and breast and every one of them was juicy, like i was shocked how moist the breast was and most restaurants have it pretty dry but not here, and i got my jojos loaded with bacon and cheese and they're better than getting them plain, and the visit prior i had the mozz sticks and those gargantuan behemoths are cheesy, gooey and fried to a perfection. And then i had a meat pizza and it was decent, nothing too special but one id not be afraid to have with friends again.

Oh and the last little sidenote, those cookies you can get for 50 cents from the jar are worth it, they're incredibly chewy, chocolaty and moist.

Don't ever contemplate on not going just because its next to the hospital, its some of the best food I've had. 🙌🙌

PS. If you got kids bring some spare quarters for the pinball machines along with a arcade hunting...

We have eaten here several times and the food has always been good. However, today when we stopped, the service was NOT good. It was a little bit to be desired. First of all a couple came in 10 minutes after us, and they were acknowledged first and their order was taken and about five minutes after that, we were acknowledged and our order was taken. Another couple came and sat down. They waited for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged them, so they got up and left. We sat for 35 minutes waiting on a sandwich and chicken strips. Nobody came to acknowledge us or to explain why it was taking a little extra time that would have been nice and not leaving us sitting there wondering why no one is saying anything or acknowledging us. While we were sitting there we were watching our server standing at the counter on her cell phone. When our food finally came, as usual, it was very good and it was hot. When I asked very politely why it was taking so long, she just said that they were training a new cook and I politely asked if I could make a suggestion. It would be very nice and helpful if you would let your customers know if there's a delay or when that our food be out in few minutes. I would've totally understood and probably never said anything about the 35 minute wait. She said she was going to go get the manager. I watched her talking to the manager but the manager never came over and acknowledged us at all the rest of the time we were there and it seemed like our server was disgusted because we said anything at all so the food was great service was not! By the way, there were only three families in the entire restaurant and one left before our order...

I want to talk about the pizza. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it, it's very unique pizza compared to anything else in Spokane. I would classify it as a bar style pizza, but that doesn't tell the whole story. We tried the M.L. Special, a type of supreme combo that seems to be the premier pizza at Park Inn. The pizza is served in a party cut. First off, the crust. It's a pre-made crust which is probably the love it or hate it point for most people. The crust is thin, but not cracker thin. There is no stretch to the crust, like you will get from the gluten in a classic pizza dough. the crust reminds me of shortbread and it gets crispy along the edges. Next is a thin layer of sauce, then a generous amount of toppings. So many toppings that they will slide off the crust. This may sound like a criticism, but it's not. This one came with sausage, beef, mushrooms, olives and onions. Interestingly, the flavor of the ground beef really came through. Often if you get hamburger on a pizza, it's flavor will get drowned out by the other toppings. Topping it off is a thick blanket of cheese, with some nice browned spots on top. The stretch of the cheese made me flash back to old Godfather's pizza commercials. On top of that is slices of fresh tomato. This pizza has a very nostalgic taste, my dining companion said it reminded her of the home made pizza her Mom used to make. I can see why many people call it their favorite pizza in town, it reminded me of...
