I wish I could give 0 stars. I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs. I placed an online order for pick up at 1215 and had my friend place an order as well under my name so I could pick up both.
The workers decided that because there was two under one name, both paid for, was some mistake and proceeded to throw away the order ticket and only make one.
I got there at 1210 and waited until 1216 to go inside to grab my order. I was told by one of the two people working that ‘they just got started on the online orders give them five minutes’ I went back outside and in 5 minutes the lady in the car next to me got her order brought out to her. Thinking they were doing curbside like the order stated I waited in my car until 1230, obviously not getting my order I went inside and was told there was only one order under my name and it was done. I explained there’s two I am picking up an order for a friend as well, I waited for another 10 minutes while the frantic, what I’d assume is the manager run back and forth from the back office with papers showing me there’s only one order. I went back out to get my phone and when I did I was told there was two orders! And the manager continued to frantically in between the other workers, throw my soup together and hand it to me with a ‘sorry for the wait’ I checked the time and was floored that it was 1245. If I wouldve not ordered online and just got in line when I got there I couldve left by 1220! I explained this to the manager and she quickly shook me off with basically throwing this ‘free entree’ card at me as she practically ran away.
Like I will be back after this experience! Online orders are for convenience but this time was anything besides that. I’m extremely shocked at the unprofessionalism of the manager on duty. If you guys are not prepared to have both online and the indoor open, remained closed to avoid this...
Read moreI wish I knew the managers name (at least pretty sure she's the manager). She is awesome! A week or two back I had a last minute order right in the lunch rush through door dash. An item was added to my order that I hadn't requested and so I used the door dash app to try to take care of it. that turned into a mess so I reached out to the store. She was so kind apologized gave me advice on how to get the door dash situation fixed and made up for the order mistake.
My family loves qdoba and I headed there tonight to take home dinner. I recognized the gals voice at the register and began to let her know how much I appreciated her help the prior week knowing she probably has helped hundreds of similar situations lately and not at all expecting her to remember my situation, she politely asked me to remind her what took place, a quick rehash and she seemed to remember (although again I'm sure I'm not the only one ordering door dash lately haha) she apologized once again and was just as polite as she was in the previous experience. Thank you for sharing the kindness during...
Read moreThe last 3 times I have stopped in for lunch, the bald guy preparing the food has added things I either didn't ask for or said I specifically didn't want. The first time, he added chile crema (not a huge deal I like spice) the second time he added black beans after I requested no beans, this made the meal quite unenjoyable as I don't like beans in any way. This last time, he again added chile crema. It is just annoying that he adds what he wants, he doesn't confirm with the customer that they want it. I don't need confirmation on everything.. but if you aren't sure what someone is saying, don't guess. I'm not going to have them make me a new one as it's food and it will serve it's purpose. There was also already quite the line behind me, it also didn't help that it took multiple minutes in-between customers for them to start preparing the next item.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, be careful and watch them make your food, especially if you...
