Absolutely terrible service. Used fake apple parts to repair the back glass of my screen and now the phone just keeps getting progressively worse. The power button broke first, I quickly returned to the store and he said he couldn’t do anything to fix it and claims he had nothing to do with it. Next my phone’s audio is just completely fried it changes between low audio and regular audio every 30 seconds. The battery is absolutely gone, my phone randomly shuts off at any given percent and will restart itself and say it’s at 10 percent, it will bounce back and forth from the percent it was at and the 10 percent. This is all happening on an iPhone 15 that is barely over a year old. If you want your phone truly repaired go to a store like best buy where the parts used are real from Apple. Going here may seem like you are saving money but after everything that has happened to my phone I basically have no option but to replace it with a new one.
