Pizza Villa and Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

Me and my wife live in Tampa but often travel to Spring Hill because my in-laws live there and many times when we visit we take the time to go eat at pizza villa since the pizza there has become our favorite. We have been going to eat there for about 8 years with my in-laws almost every time that we visit Spring Hill. The last time we went was Mothers Day and it will probably be the last time we go. We went specifically to take my mother to her favorite place for pizza and zeppolies and had the worst experience. Not with the food but with the service. It was me and my wife and our daughter and also both of my in-laws as always every time that we go there. We waited a long time to be seated but we understood because we knew that the restaurant is small and every time we they sit us in one of the only 2 or three booths that they have at the very end that fits our party. We never before had any problems to be seated but on this particular day they sat us in one of the smaller booths and we were so tight that I had to sit with my legs sticking out to the isle. One of the bigger booths that we had sat on in other occasions was being cleaned and I told one of the waitresses so we can switch and she with an attitude told us that the person in charge said that there was another party that was to big for the table where we were sitting while we had been waiting for a very long time and everyone that was behind us were sitted before we were. I told her that our party was too big to be seating in the small booth where they sat us and about 15 minutes later someone else came out and told us that the manager said that we couldn’t sit on that booth because my father-in-law had his wheelchair and would be interfering with the walkway which is not true, there was plenty of room to walk and we could have taken the wheelchair to the car and he could have sat on one of the pews in the booth if that was the case. We really felt very discriminated against because of my father-in-law’s condition and we really love the food there and never had this problem before but had a horrible experience. The manager never came out to speak to us and the party that was placed ahead of us was not bigger than our party. It was a horrible experience that I never want to put my family through. To the person that responded. Your restaurant is the place that I reviewed. You do have booths, maybe you call them something else. When you come in make a left and go to the end and make a right and the booths are at the end with the entrance to the kitchen on that wall on the rear. I tried to give this place a 1/2 star but they don't allow it. Where can i start- how on Gods green earth do these people give this place good reviews. Yesterday the Antipasto salad had nothing but hard white chunks of salad with maybe- just maybe 1 0z of salami/ham, cheese. And the one I ordered was the antipasto for four. I also ordered 3 pies ( Different pies)/ All 3 pies were under cooked and they all tasted so damm doughy. And had NO taste whatsoever and was very dry. These owners are from NY? What a joke. LOL. It had no body and wasn't crispy at all and the slice flopped down when you picked it up. We had to put the pizza in our oven for at lest 10 min on 450 to make it a little crispier. One of the pies we bought was the Danny. Its supposed to be marinara sauce on top with some cheese underneath with fresh garlic. (Like a grandmas pizza). It was nothing like that. The Danny pie looked EXACTLY like the regular pie. Also , the cheese was supposed to be a better cheese on the Danny but tasted just like the cheese on the regular pie and had NO garlic taste. Extremely disappointed!!! What kind of clip joint are they running here? I'm convinced, what they couldn't pull off up North they try to pull off down here. Try doing what they do here up north and they wouldn't last 10 min where I'm from. (Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn). P.S. The pizza Villa on Spring Hill Drive is worse. This is why we came here yesterday to Brooksville for our order. Also, the young girl at the desk who took our large order seemed annoyed and...

Another great meal with great service (thank you Kristie) . The Fettuccine Alfredo, according to my dining partner, was fantastic. I had the spaghetti and meatballs special because I just wanted good homemade classic Italian. (I never order spaghetti and meatballs when out). It was so so good and hit the spot. One of my favorite places since moving here 4 years ago. Pizza Vila Brooksville!

Another fantastic meal at Pizza Villa. The homemade soup is the best. My favorites are the wedding soup and sausage lental but all are delicious. The pizza, meatball sandwiches, steak sandwiches and pasta dishes are just fantastic. Our service provider, Kristie, makes each visit special. Came from Pennsylvania to move to my forever town of Spring Hill, Florida. Pizza outside of Philadelphia is fantastic....we have been here six months and tried a lot of pizza here and most of it was dreadful....but not Pizza Villa!!!! We finally got fantastic pizza with a great and personable wait staff. This pizza is a 10!!! Thank you Pizza Villa!!! We found our forever pizza parlor...and a lot of other...
