Visited here twice in the past week, I truly believe you closed the wrong location because this one is horribad on every level. After coming here on 2/22, it will be the last.
After ordering online, I went through the drive through giving them the information needed. I was told to pull forward and proceeded to wait my turn behind other vehicles as we sat for a full fifteen minutes. As I approached the window, I was asked if I ordered the kids' meals, before I referenced my online order number. After repeating it twice and telling the young man I was indeed not the two other names he thought I was, he told me to pull up and wait by the front door. 40 mins later, no lie, our food comes out, 40 mins!!! Props to whomever is in the kitchen holding down the fort doing their best to get the food out in a timely manner because the front end is friggin' lost and is bringing down the whole production.
I assumed they were busy, assumed it was an off day but as I sat idling and wasting gas because I assumed it would be under the 5-10min mark I saw at least 10 other cars stroll on through collecting their food only to see at least 6 of them park and begrudgingly go back inside to reclaim lost items and unpackaged purchases, all things left behind by a staff that apparently can not handle the volume or could care less.
Do better! Organization, leadership, expedite, double-check, effectiveness, customer service, all words that should probably be applied on a daily basis. Stop allowing drive through persons to give attitude to customers, stop allowing each other to fail on a daily basis. Demand better,...
Read moreSince this building opened there have always been issues with the drive thru ordering system Constantly having to repeat your order to the inept staff inside has become tiresome. Usually you have to make them repeat the order and correct it when you get to the window. After waiting an exceptionally long time, by fast food standards, you get your order that you should definitely check before leaving. Upon arriving home this evening, I found that the main sandwich from my order was missing. I contacted the store and told them of the mistake. When I arrived at the store again, I asked them to remake my order so that the food would be hot when i returned home. The head manager Tyler, a raging neck beard that was a slovenly mess, refused to remake my order. He would only remake the sandwich. Great customer service skills Tyler! Way to show the world that you have earned that coveted manager's shirt that was dirty and two sizes too small, exposing to the world your dirty undershirt. I understand that working in a fast food restaurant can be highly stressful, what with having to deal with one customer at a time at the breakneck pace needed to assemble a whopper. Your customer should be your priority, making sure their order is correct and seeing them out the door with a smile on their face. Instead, we get to deal with cretins like you that have no idea how to do the job correctly. Tiffany at the drive thru was very nice. Assistant Manager Jess you were nice too. Tyler, see above and learn a little about customer service Have...
Read more2 years ago I gave them 5 stars and said "The Impossible Burger meal is addictive!!!"
Dec 4, 2021 we went in to have lunch... if there was a way to give negative stars we would!
Not only were the counter staff rude to several others during our visit - they seemed to be having issues with equipment and an app 🙄
BUT . . . We were told they soda machines were down [cool], we decided to go with Iced tea. . .
We were yelled at "is this your order?" . . . I indicated the ticket was on the floor, the cashier never gave it to us so we had no way to know if the food in the bags was ours or not. [We don't have xray vision]
Our tea was put on the counter- It was served hot 🥵 . . . I was taken aback by the temperature when I went to pick up the cup. . .I said "oh that's warm" counter staff BARKED "it's fresh brewed, what do you expect?!? Nothing we can do!" [Hella attitude]
Let's be real...if they plan better then they have time for the tea to CHILL [put in freezer for a while] or if there isn't time [as happens in food service] brew ot stronger than usual, and pour it over ice in a larger container to cool then use more ice in the cup so that customers have COLD, iced tea. . .
It's really pretty simple.
The tea was so nasty tasting it was off putting, regardless of temperature, the burgers were COLD and the fries were OLD AND VERY LIMP.
I get being short staffed . . . But a HAPPY attitude would make a HUGE difference for employees and customers.
Not likely to go...
