I love shopping at this place .. I am disabled and a regular visitor to the Orleans. The isles are big enough for me to zip around the store without fear of banging into something or someone. When ever I need help I just go to the counter and ask. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis pretty bad so I cannot grab things firmly or open some of the refrigerator doors to grab a drink or water bottle so it's always nice that I can count on staff for help with that and for things that are out of my reach. I bought my first Vegas Raiders Hoody sweatshirt here in the gift shop in December of last year and it was priced fairly so I bought it. I also bought myself a turquoise Indian style pill box as well as a BLING pillbox to store my medication 💊when I am on the go. I use them everyday now...I also bought a very beautiful sterling silver 99.9% Money 💰Clip to hold my Casino 🎰winnings that allowed me to buy and shop at this place.. the staff was eager to help me and they know I am handicap ♿and assisted me with my behind the glass cases purchases. They have a little bit of everything in this gift 🎁shop from jewelry to watches ⌚to bracelets to purses 👛and hand bags 🎒to luggage 🧳to mens shirts sweatshirts & jackets as well as for the women too. There is plenty of Mardigra masks and collectables that stay true to the Hotels 🏨themes. Specialized dice 🎲with your name on them. Travel goodies from toothpaste to Tylenol to swabs and cigars and cigarettes to candy 🍬and snacks of all kinds .. even Ice Cream bars & Beef Jerry to chocolate milk 🥛😋and plenty of cupcake 🧁and pastry goods and sweets and cookies 🍪😋and Chocolates 🍫.. they have a little bit everything.. including a sandwich 🥪and a beer 🍺to take to your room and relax 😌👌🏽 I love...
Read moreFirst let me say I'm a BConnected member, I come to the Orleans quite often since it's close to my house. I'm VERY disappointed in the gift shop, I'm disabled & in a wheelchair, I dress quite well & well kept. I do not look like one of the homeless by any means.. but yet they had an employee follow me around, I finally found what I was looking for and took the items up to the register, I patiently waited in line.. everyone before me paid with their credit cards without any problems. When I went to pay I was asked for multiple forms of identification. The purchase was for less than $8.00.. when it got to the 3rd piece of ID I told her keep it and cancelled the purchase & left. No one in line before me was asked for ID at all. They actually lost a BIG sale,. I waited patiently by a glass case very interested in a beaded & pearl handbag however, could get no one to help even though I was being followed. Once again discriminated against because I'm disabled in a wheelchair. And once again my money stayed in...
Read moreAverage gift store, most of the prices are okay, but $5 for chapstick was a bit much. You can find a variety of items in here. All your basic convenient store needs are here, along with a decent size collection of liquor and wines. The staff members on hand were very polite. I like that they had a variety of different themed items for sale. The store is located just past the casino area when you make a the right and it’s on the hand side before you...
