UPDATE: After covid, they have changed. The massage therapist are different and their service isn't so great. I don't recommend this place anymore. They raised their prices which is understandable, not the massage isn't good anymore. One last kept coughing so it was very uncomfortable, I honestly should of got a refund and left.
I really like this spa. It's brand new, just opened. Steven the front desk guy speaks English, some of the massage therapist don't, but they are really nice. I saw a groupon and called first to see if they could fit me in before purchasing the groupon price, but Steven just honored the price and told me I could just come straight in. 💯
My first visit I got the 45 minute foot massage with hot stones & 30 minute detox for $39. 🥰 It was so nice. I tipped $10. I say a typical tip is $10 unless you get an outstanding job & you want to tip more. The lady didn't speak English, but that didn't stop her from doing a great job. ✔✴
They also offer full body massages. Their prices are really reasonable! They also offer a card where you can earn stamps to a free massage after your 10th visit. I only wanted a foot massage because I have been have foot pain, but I will get a full body massage soon.
My second visit I got the full hour foot massage. I called just like before. If you check on Google, it tells you if they are busy or not. I had to make an appt an hour out, which isn't bad. Same day appointment is awesome for me. I got there 30 minutes early & went in. I sat in their lobby which has a relaxing ambience. It's lightly lit with a beautiful decorate tree that lights up.
Steven approached me & said because I was waiting, he didn't want me to waste my time & offered a free 30 minute foot detox. Will who am I to deny an awesome deal?😂🤷🏽♀️😍😱 I gladly accepted. Steven is a sweetheart, very nice & accommodating. They offer you water in the lobby. It's always important to drink water after a massage.
My second massage was with a man. He was so relaxing. I remember him giving me a towel to cover my eyes. He said these magic words, "Now you go to sleep. " We both laughed. I typical don't go to sleep during a massage because I want to feel everything. Hey I don't know if they take an extended break while I'm sleeping LOL. Needless to say, I feel asleep. 😑😴😣😔 I felt great after the massage so I guess the massage went well lol.
I highly recommend this establishment. Parking is pretty reasonable. The lounge is nice. There's Groupons, but if you call they will honor the price without the Groupon purchase.
Also the lotion they use is really good for dry skin & leaves your body feeling soft & smooth. It's a name brand lotion. I forget the name, but I did take a picture of it so you will find it in the pictures section.

Read moreThe advertised hot stone massage is not what you would expect when you pay for a hot stone massage. I paid for both 45 min reflexology massage with hot stone and iron detox plus I paid for a 60 min hot stone massage. I expected a traditional hot stone massage and pressure points for reflexology. Now I have never had reflexology so I can not compare it to prior experience but it was nothing like the research I had done on reflexology massages. As far as the hot stone I have had many it is almost always what I get. What was provided was 2 min of hot stones with very quick strokes on my back and neck. I had to tell her to slow down because it was to fast to be able to relax. 2 little stones used. Then she tells me I am all done and I had to ask about the hot stone that came with the reflexology. Oh I can do that for free if you like no extra charge. As if I didnt already pay for it. Plus while doing the 45 min reflexology massages on my feet she kept getting on her phone. She finished with another 2 min massage on my feet with hot stones and says all done. I go to leave, I had already paid by card prior to service and started to walk out the door and she stops me and points to a sign that says "we recommend tip - $10 happy $15 really happy or $20 extremely happy" I said I paid by card and do not have cash. I had already decided she lost her tip the moment she started getting on her phone while giving me the foot massage. However there was a whole waiting room full of customers I did not want to create a scene. She tells me to wait and goes and gets someone else. He tells me that I need to tip $10 to $20. She says I worked on you for 105 min I recommend $20. I said $5 which I thought was generous since she was on her phone. Now mind you I am typically an excessive tipper. I then proceeded to tell them that what was advertised was not received and he argued with me that it is not safe to leave hot stones on your back so it is only 2 minutes. I really at this pointed didnt want to tip $0 however I tipped $5 and none was happy. I then called to tell him the reason I was only tipping her $5 was because she was on her phone and did not think it was right to say my issues in front of a whole waiting room full of people. The massage itself I would rate a 3, a 4 if you are the type of person that likes your massage strokes fast and in all different directions, the customer service up until the end was a 5 they did good until they insisted on a tip. I personally would not go back because it is not the type of massage I like however it is a good price and if you are ok with faster stroke massages you probably will love it. I know the people before me came out sounding very happy with their service. Hope this helps some of you decide if you want to go...
Read moreDistasteful and disappointed to say the least. Low standard of cleanliness. Forced to tip for subpar service. They have good reviews because they give people incentives to give good reviews. I partially blame myself because I noticed red flags upon arrival but never judge a book by its cover, right.
I paid for a "90 minute deep tissue massage with salt soak for two". We only were given 60 minute massages and there was no salt soak. I get massages on the regular and decided to try this out because I thought this was a steal of a deal.
Upon arrival we were not greeted at all. They all looked at us then kept doing what they were doing. 10 minutes after sitting there a lady asks if we have an appointment. Which we did. She then just walked away. Another couple had just finished their appt and all the employees barricaded the door telling them to pay. I assumed they hadn't paid for their services yet, but I was sadly mistaken. After basically harassing that other couple the woman came back with a phone and said "here talk to my boss" and placed her phone down on the table. After saying hello the man started asking for our phone number and Groupon code. After another 10 minutes we finally started the massage. Mind you we arrived to our appointment on time. The massage was ok... I honestly feel like my 7 year old nephew could have done better. After only reciving 60 minutes of massage time they said we were done (honestly the place was a bit sketchy looking so we didn't mind them cutting it short so much.. I just feel like if you cut services short you need to compensate the customer since the service was paid for well in advance). So when we were on our way out I noticed the employees barricaded the doors with their bodies like they had done for the previous couple. I asked what they were doing and the man said "you need tip". When I say DISTASTEFUL and honestly disgusting. They force you to give them all a $10 tip... PER PERSON... even though they shorted us out of our whole massage.
Do not go to this place if you do not have to. Plenty other...
