Taylor's Boats Inc. — Local services in Spring Valley

We live in Havasu and needed service on our 2020 Axis T22 and they were the closest Malibu/Axis dealer so we called and were able to get an appointment about a week later. Although the boat was showing specific over heating fault codes, it wasn’t clear exactly what was happening to make it over heat. Adam (Service Advisor) and Vince (Mechanic) were great at explaining our options and did not over promise that if they opened it up they were going to be able to locate a problem since the initial tests did not show there was anything wrong and it was pumping the water as it should. They didn’t want us to pay for something that may not make a difference. We opted to have them take a look and replace the pump to rule that out. They indeed found the problem, took pictures of the faulty pump, and explained that there was a recall on the pump and it should have been replaced. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We will be making the two hour drive for all the maintenance on our boat moving forward. We would highly recommend them for sales...

Happy that Lucas, Adam and the rest of the team are at Taylor’s LV. We have worked with them for a few years to service our Axis (elsewhere) and we were so excited to hear they were getting an opportunity to start something new at Taylor’s. Besides always servicing our boat and being super professional, they treat my wife and I like family.
