I wanted to wait a few days before writing this to ensure an accurate review. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because of the price—I’m naturally frugal. That said, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the bed I wanted was much more expensive everywhere else. They gave me such an incredible deal that it would have been impossible to pass up!

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I received high-quality furniture at an affordable price. My bed was delivered quickly after I placed my order, and the delivery team went above and beyond by carrying it up the stairs and assembling it without a single complaint. The bed itself is absolutely beautiful and incredibly sturdy—I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

A huge shoutout to Roberto and Jessica for their amazing customer service! I visited the store multiple times before finally making my decision, and they were always so patient and helpful. Their exceptional service made all the difference.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at furniture by KR Gallery for my new living room furniture and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The selection of furniture is absolutely stunning and I found everything I was looking for and more. The real standout from my shopping experience, however, were the managers Nathan and Francis. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and were able to answer all of my questions with ease. They also went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and even helped me coordinate my new pieces with my existing decor. Very unprofessional I asked him if a certain sofa in stock and he said yes I asked multiple times I drove 35 minutes. I also seen the sofa on Facebook and asked him if it was available. He said yes once I got here it was a total different color he said I have a black one. I was interested in a light gray. Robert is a huge liar and also the older lady that was in there. They say it’s in stock, but it’s not in stock. They like to use the excuse we don’t speak English, but it’s not gonna get you...
